Welcome to the World of Biblical Prophecy for History and Today

This Blog is intended to help myself and others gain the best understanding of the world around us through exploration of prophetic scripture. The Bible is the text book. Through these studies we will hopefully provide understanding to both believer and unbeliever alike. The way our God and our Savior Jesus distinguish themselves in the spiritual world is through prophetic means. In other words what the Bible teaches us through fullfillment of these prophecies shows us the truth. Let's take some prophetic journeys through history and at the same time learn about the world around us today. Please try and be patient with any typographical errors as I am my own typist and my own research staff. Thanks

2nd Thessalonians 2 the Election Aftermath

2nd Thessalonians 2 and the Election Aftermath
Fools and Delusion

Jesus Foretells Destruction of the Temple

Mat 24:1-2 KJV  And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple.  (2)  And Jesus said unto them,
See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Signs of the End of the Age

Mat 24:3-14 KJV  And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?  (4)  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.  (5)  For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.  (6)  And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.  (7)  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.  (8)  All these are the beginning of sorrows.  (9)  Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.  (10)  And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.  (11)  And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.  (12)  And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.  (13)  But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.  (14)  And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Paul's Ministry to the Thessalonians
2Th 2:1-12 KJV  Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering togetherG1997 unto him,  (2)  That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.  (3)  Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away G646first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perditionG684;  (4)  Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.  (5)  Remember ye not, that, when I was yet with you, I told you
these things?  (6)  And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.  (7)  For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.  (8)  And then shall that WickedG459 be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightnessG2015 of his coming:  (9)  Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wondersG5059,  (10)  And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.  (11)  And for this cause God shall send them strong delusionG1753G4106, that they should believe a lie:  (12)  That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

The passage here in 2nd Thessalonians overlaps our studies of both the rapture and the acharon. The rapture for example referred to here as the gathering together unto our Lord and Savior Jesus. The acharon especially our looks into Psalm 78 come to mind when looking at the word and what it says here in Thessalonians about traditions. We have several word studies so we will get right to it.

We have a number of words we will look closely at in this passage. The word studies are key to any journey however we do not want to subtract from the overall revelation the passage provides. It provides us with a basic understanding of things we are seeing right now in the world. Perhaps even more problematic what we are seeing in America.

It would be foolish to pretend that folks who are conservative minded Christian types are not happy with the overall picture here. However we recently posted a study titled Prepare for the Onslaught. At this point the entire liberal society in America thought Hillary Clinton was going to be elected or maybe just wanted it that way. Actually it’s quite clear the latter is the truth. However seeing the sore loser attitude manifest itself to the point of an elderly man beaten by some anarchist liberals not a third his age on video should be eye opening material. So now more than ever we should be preparing for the attacks that are coming upon believers in prophecy.

Our first phrase is gathering together

2Th 2:1 KJV  Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering togetherG1997 unto him,

G1997
ἐπισυναγωγή
episunagōgē
ep-ee-soon-ag-o-gay'
From G1996; a complete collection; specifically a Christian meeting (for worship): - assembling (gathering) together.
Total KJV occurrences: 2

We are not studying the rapture in a direct kind of way today but this is the type of religious get together that the word clearly implies here. Something upon a grand scale. Some folks even in this day and age are finding ways to put historical limitations on the words of Jesus. The words of the apostles as well.

Our next word study involves a phrase as well. That would be the words falling away.

2Th 2:3 KJV  Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling awayG646 first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

G646
ἀποστασία
apostasia
ap-os-tas-ee'-ah
Feminine of the same as G647; defection from truth (properly the state), (“apostasy”): - falling away, forsake.
Total KJV occurrences:
2

Just imagine us here in America seeing things start to take place like say yoga on every street corner. Or possibly churches or what once were are disappearing and mosques are going up. This is a doorway or invitation into false religion if you are a stand fast believer in Jesus’ teachings. It’s a given many are calling me too extreme however no Hindu guru or Islamic imam or new age guru or martial arts indoctrinated Buddhist anyone or anything else took a beating or some nails for me like Jesus. AMEN!!

Oh wait a minute we are seeing all the above take place in America. We spend a lot of time covering how the same issues that overtook Israel due to lack of extremism are now overtaking America in the realm of spiritual battle. You see when we read a verse like the following:

1Ki 11:1-8 KJV  But king Solomon loved many strange women, together with the daughter of Pharaoh, women of the Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites;  (2)  Of the nations concerning which the LORD said unto the children of Israel, Ye shall not go in to them, neither shall they come in unto you: for surely they will turn away your heart after their gods: Solomon clave unto these in love.  (3)  And he had seven hundred wives, princesses, and three hundred concubines: and his wives turned away his heart.  (4)  For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, that his wives turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as was the heart of David his father.  (5)  For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites.  (6)  And Solomon did evil in the sight of the LORD, and went not fully after the LORD, as did David his father.  (7)  Then did Solomon build an high place for Chemosh, the abomination of Moab, in the hill that is before Jerusalem, and for Molech, the abomination of the children of Ammon.  (8)  And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods.

We are reading about a society with a vast amount of different religions on every street corner. Sort of like we see going on here in America today. Please believe me as someone who has served my country these folks are free to do whatever they please in worship. Please believe me also it’s my right to say exactly what I’m saying about my Lord my Savior and my King Jesus Christ. Also He is inarguably The living Son of the living God the Father. AMEN!!

You see there are a lot of places in this world now that many would love to do nothing less than behead you for feeling this way about Jesus. It’s a given not all those visiting the page here will feel the same way about the Lord. However the 1 dividing line we can always count on in such matters is the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He tells us this way ahead of time.

Mat 5:11-12 KJV  Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.  (12)  Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Mat 10:18 KJV  And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.

Mat 10:34-42 KJV  Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.  (35)  For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.  (36)  And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.  (37)  He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.  (38)  And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.  (39)  He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.  (40)  He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.  (41)  He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.  (42)  And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

Our next word study
Perdition

G684
ἀπώλεια
apōleia
ap-o'-li-a
From a presumed derivative of G622; ruin or loss (physical, spiritual or eternal): - damnable (-nation), destruction, die, perdition, X perish, pernicious ways, waste.
Total KJV occurrences: 20

Let’s travel back in history very quickly and learn something else about our enemy from the very beginning to this description here.

Gen 1:1-5 KJV  In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.  (2)  And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness
H2822 was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.  (3)  And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.  (4)  And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.  (5)  And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

H2822
חֹשֶׁךְ
chôshek
kho-shek'
From H2821; the dark; hence (literally) darkness; figuratively misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness: - dark (-ness), night, obscurity.
Total KJV occurrences: 79

Next we have a couple of words from verse 8.

2Th 2:8 KJV  And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightnessG2015 of his coming:

G459
ἄνομος
anomos
an'-om-os
From G1 (as a negative particle) and G3551; lawless, that is, (negatively) not subject to (the Jewish) law; (by implication a Gentile), or (positively) wicked: - without law, lawless, transgressor, unlawful, wicked.
Total KJV occurrences: 10

Has America become more and more lawless as of late with regards to this word study. The very first set of studies we did was based on illegal immigration and the Bible. The simple message being God allowed the alien and the stranger among the Jewish people. That is as long as there was accountability in spiritual and lawful behavior. If there was no assimilation to the Hebrew God then the stranger was welcome to leave.

The following is a biblical definition of a sanctuary city.

Num 35:6 KJV  And among the cities which ye shall give unto the Levites there shall be six cities for refugeH4733, which ye shall appoint for the manslayer, that he may flee thither: and to them ye shall add forty and two cities.

H4733
מִקְלָט
miqlâṭ
mik-lawt'
From H7038 in the sense of taking in; an asylum (as a receptacle): - refuge.
Total KJV occurrences: 20

Webster's 1828 Dictionary of the English Language
Asylum

ASY'LUM, n. [L. from Gr. safe from spoil, and spoil, to plunder.]
1. A sanctuary, or place of refuge, where criminals and debtors shelter themselves from justice, and from which they cannot be taken without sacrilege. Temples and altars were anciently asylums; as were tombs, statues and monuments. The ancient heathens allowed asylums for the protection of the vilest criminals; and the Jews had their cities of refuge.

2. Any place of retreat and security.

This does not imply that there was no punishment served. This just allowed God’s chosen priests to administer care and treatment according to the law. This does not mean every person who wants to just let’s say pick up a gun and shoot someone beloved to us as an American citizen should be free to run around until justice is served. If ever it is to some individuals. You see God already knew what needed to be done from the beginning. Why would any so called leader of any so called sanctuary cities want this lawlessness running through their streets? It would be nice to see someone get a chance to ask why any leader who supports lawlessness against Americans should be holding office. There is nothing wrong with ministers facing this head on.

2Th 2:8 KJV  And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightnessG2015 of his coming:

G2015
ἐπιφάνεια
epiphaneia
ep-if-an'-i-ah
From G2016; a manifestation, that is, (specifically) the advent of Christ (past or future): - appearing, brightness.
Total KJV occurrences: 6

Stand Firm

2Th 2:13-17 KJV  But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:  (14)  Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.  (15)  Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditionsG3862 which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle.  (16)  Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,  (17)  Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.

G3862
παράδοσις
paradosis
par-ad'-os-is
From G3860; transmission, that is, (concretely) a precept; specifically the Jewish traditionary law: - ordinance, tradition.
Total KJV occurrences: 13

Fools

Psa 14:1-7 KJV  To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.  (2)  The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God.  (3)  They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.  (4)  Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people as they eat bread, and call not upon the LORD.  (5)  There were they in great fear: for God is in the generation of the righteous.  (6)  Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the LORD is his refuge.  (7)  Oh that the salvation of Israel were come out  of Zion! when the LORD bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.

Psa 53:1 KJV  To the chief Musician upon Mahalath, Maschil, A Psalm of David. The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good.

Pro 10:8 KJV  The wise in heart will receive commandments: but a prating fool shall fall.

Again we will look at Webster's 1828 Dictionary of the English Language

Prate
PRATE, v.i. To talk much and without weight, or to little purpose; to be loquacious; as the vulgar express it, to run on.

To prate and talk for life and honor,
And make a fool presume to prate of love.
PRATE, v.t. To utter foolishly.
What nonsense would the fool, thy master, prate,
When thou, his knave, canst talk at such a rate?
PRATE, n. Continued talk to little purpose; trifling talk; unmeaning loquacity.

Only fools would overlook the video of Barak Obama doing what promising Mr. Medvedev from Russia what? He (obama) could be more flexible with Vladimir Putin. Flexible about what? Invading the Ukraine which Obama’s idiotic cabinet refers to as a territorial dispute. Maybe Obama referring to going into Syria to take care of business including the use of chemical weapons or possibly moving their nukes into eastern Europe which apparently Obama has been more than flexible about. Pretty easy to see that this has all been done. Then our brilliant leader what? Gives a speech about how Trump needs to man up to Vladimir Putin. Well Obama is right in 1 sense since he has failed to man up Trump will have to more than any other President since Roosevelt. Also the most laughable moment as of late is that the liberal losers are trying to paint a picture of the mighty Hillary standing up to Vladimir Putin. The hacking was in revenge because of some incident or argument. That is laughable just like the lie she told us about being shot at in the Bosnia conflict. Hillary remember is the one who took a toy button to Russia with that grin on her face and walked right into the trouble everyone is blaming on Donald Trump.

Only a fool would now believe what this administration and the rest of the left wing nuts in America are now drumming up. That the real flexibility was between Trump and Putin. It’s a good thing that most of us hopefully most of us are still smart enough to realize that liberal actors, actresses and musicians are not smart enough to determine who should run this country. To our knowledge here in the ministry there is not so much of a picture of Trump and Putin in the same room together (does not mean there is not one). However we do have an honest video of a not so smart president making these types of remarks to Russian officials. I am not a technical guru just go to you tube and type in Obama hot mic Putin. The real truth and the real lies will be exposed to you when you do this. This way you cannot say that brother Al said this and that.

We are not even making an assumption that these lies are on scale with what the Bible teaches. However the Bible does tell us the following things in no uncertain terms about folks and the world we are seeing now. Just imagine if there were no electoral college in our politics there would be periods of history when New York and California baby killers would have to listen to the other side. How about that?

If we let these lies go just imagine how terrible it will be when God decides to start really
getting involved in things.

Godlessness in the Last Days

2Ti 3:1-17 KJV  This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.  (2)  For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,  (3)  Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,  (4)  Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;  (5)  Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.  (6)  For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,  (7)  Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.  (8)  Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.  (9)  But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.  (10)  But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,  (11)  Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.  (12)  Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.  (13)  But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.  (14)  But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;  (15)  And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.  (16)  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  (17)  That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Warning to the Rich

Jas 5:1  Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.
Jas 5:2  Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.
Jas 5:3  Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.
Jas 5:4  Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.
Jas 5:5  Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.
Jas 5:6  Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.

Patience in Suffering

Jas 5:7  Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.
Jas 5:8  Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
Jas 5:9  Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.
Jas 5:10  Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.

Jas 5:11  Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.
Jas 5:12  But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.

The Prayer of Faith

Jas 5:13  Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.
Jas 5:14  Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
Jas 5:15  And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
Jas 5:16  Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.
Jas 5:17  Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.
Jas 5:18  And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
Jas 5:19  Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him;
Jas 5:20  Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

The Day of the Lord Will Come

2Pe 3:1  This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
2Pe 3:2  That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
2Pe 3:3  Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
2Pe 3:4  And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
2Pe 3:5  For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
2Pe 3:6  Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
2Pe 3:7  But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
2Pe 3:8  But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
2Pe 3:9  The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
2Pe 3:10  But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
2Pe 3:11  Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
2Pe 3:12  Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
2Pe 3:13  Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Final Words

2Pe 3:14  Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
2Pe 3:15  And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
2Pe 3:16  As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
2Pe 3:17  Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
2Pe 3:18  But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

The Supremacy of God's Son
Heb 1:1  God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
Heb 1:2  Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
Heb 1:3  Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
Heb 1:4  Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
Heb 1:5  For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
Heb 1:6  And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
Heb 1:7  And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
Heb 1:8  But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
Heb 1:9  Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
Heb 1:10  And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
Heb 1:11  They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
Heb 1:12  And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
Heb 1:13  But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
Heb 1:14  Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

Insert picture Mark 16:19

Mar 16:14-20 KJV  Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.  (15)  And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.  (16)  He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.  (17)  And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;  (18)  They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.  (19)  So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.  (20)  And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

Rev 16:15 KJV  Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

As always thanks for sharing a word
God Bless

The Acharon 9 Psalm 78

Psalm 78

Mat 13:1-23 KJV  The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the sea side.  (2)  And great multitudes were gathered together unto him, so that he went into a ship, and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore.  (3)  And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;  (4)  And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:  (5)  Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:  (6)  And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.  (7)  And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them:  (8)  But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.  (9)  Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.  (10)  And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?  (11)  He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.  (12)  For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath.  (13)  Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.  (14)  And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:  (15)  For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.  (16)  But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.  (17)  For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.  (18)  Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.  (19)  When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.  (20)  But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;  (21)  Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.  (22)  He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.  (23)  But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

What are some things we can point out for our generation on this prophecy given by Jesus. Yes some will no doubt argue but this is a prophetic teaching concerning the spiritual battleground we all face every day. As a matter of fact all of us at some point no doubt will be found in these categories let’s just hope we are the productive types. Amen

Let’s explore our highlighted words starting with the word found in verse 19.

Mat 13:19 KJV  When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandethG4920 it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way sideG3598.

From G4862 and ἵημι hiēmi (to send); to put together, that is, (mentally) to comprehend; by implication to act piously: - consider, understand, be wise.
Total KJV occurrences: 26

Some will again no doubt disagree but when we apply this meaning to our understanding we can see a couple of things. That being we all at some point hear the word. That if we do not act on our new found understanding we will fall prey to the enemy all over again. Yes we all have fallen prey to the enemy. The word study tells us we not only are to take hold of the word but to actively put it to work in our lives.

Have we ever been on both ends of the journey that is to say have you both heard and shared a word along the way.

Rom 3:21-26 KJV  But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;  (22)  Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:  (23)  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;  (24)  Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:  (25)  Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;  (26)  To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.

1Jn 1:6-10 KJV  If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:  (7)  But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.  (8)  If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.  (9)  If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.  (10)  If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

Jas 5:13-20 KJV  Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.  (14)  Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:  (15)  And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.  (16)  Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.  (17)  Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months.  (18)  And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.  (19)  Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him;  (20)  Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.

Dan 9:1-4 KJV  In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of the seed of the Medes, which was made king over the realm of the Chaldeans;  (2)  In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem.  (3)  And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes:  (4)  And I prayed unto the LORD my God, and made my confession, and said, O Lord, the great and dreadful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;

Ecc 7:19-20 KJV  Wisdom strengtheneth the wise more than ten mighty men which are in the city.  (20)  For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not.

In Luke chapter 18 we have another look into this.

Mat 13:24-30 KJV  Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:  (25)  But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.  (26)  But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.  (27)  So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares?  (28)  He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?  (29)  But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.  (30)  Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

Luk 18:1-14 KJV  And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;  (2)  Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man:  (3)  And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary.  (4)  And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man;  (5)  Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.  (6)  And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith.  (7)  And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them?  (8)  I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?  (9)  And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:  (10)  Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.  (11)  The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.  (12)  I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.  (13)  And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.  (14)  I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

This passage from Luke is really the driving force behind this study. If you pay attention  to the realm of our politics here in America you know that justice has really been thrown backwards here in America. Our first passage from Matthew has direction to our root chapter for this journey which may take  a couple of segments and still could not scratch the surface. A chapter which we have decided to include in our studies of the acharon. It is a Psalm which contains this word not once but twice.

The last generation of folks facing the east. East as in east of Jerusalem more specifically. We have looked briefly at Psalm 78 concerning the acharon. We will be shifting prophetic gears with the studies as we dive into a very prophetic Psalm. A Psalm which if yours truly does his job carefully will ring true with our opening passages. First let’s get started with an overall surface reading of Psalm 78 and we will explore the details from there.

Psa 78:1-72 KJV  Maschil of Asaph. Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.  (2)  I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:  (3)  Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.  (4)  We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.  (5)  For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:  (6)  That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:  (7)  That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments:  (8)  And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God.  (9)  The children of Ephraim, being armed, and carrying bows, turned back in the day of battle.  (10)  They kept not the covenant of God, and refused to walk in his law;  (11)  And forgat his works, and his wonders that he had shewed them.  (12)  Marvellous things did he in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.  (13)  He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand as an heap.  (14)  In the daytime also he led them with a cloud, and all the night with a light of fire.  (15)  He clave the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink as out of the great depths.  (16)  He brought streams also out of the rock, and caused waters to run down like rivers.  (17)  And they sinned yet more against him by provoking the most High in the wilderness.  (18)  And they tempted God in their heart by asking meat for their lust.  (19)  Yea, they spake against God; they said, Can God furnish a table in the wilderness?  (20)  Behold, he smote the rock, that the waters gushed out, and the streams overflowed; can he give bread also? can he provide flesh for his people?  (21)  Therefore the LORD heard this, and was wroth: so a fire was kindled against Jacob, and anger also came up against Israel;  (22)  Because they believed not in God, and trusted not in his salvation:  (23)  Though he had commanded the clouds from above, and opened the doors of heaven,  (24)  And had rained down manna upon them to eat, and had given them of the corn of heaven.  (25)  Man did eat angels' food: he sent them meat to the full.  (26)  He caused an east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.  (27)  He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowls like as the sand of the sea:  (28)  And he let it fall in the midst of their camp, round about their habitations.  (29)  So they did eat, and were well filled: for he gave them their own desire;  (30)  They were not estranged from their lust. But while their meat was yet in their mouths,  (31)  The wrath of God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel.  (32)  For all this they sinned still, and believed not for his wondrous works.  (33)  Therefore their days did he consume in vanity, and their years in trouble.  (34)  When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and enquired early after God.  (35)  And they remembered that God was their rock, and the high God their redeemer.  (36)  Nevertheless they did flatter him with their mouth, and they lied unto him with their tongues.  (37)  For their heart was not right with him, neither were they stedfast in his covenant.  (38)  But he, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath.  (39)  For he remembered that they were but flesh; a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again.  (40)  How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness, and grieve him in the desert!  (41)  Yea, they turned back and tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel.  (42)  They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy.  (43)  How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan:  (44)  And had turned their rivers into blood; and their floods, that they could not drink.  (45)  He sent divers sorts of flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.  (46)  He gave also their increase unto the caterpiller, and their labour unto the locust.  (47)  He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycomore trees with frost.  (48)  He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts.  (49)  He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.  (50)  He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;  (51)  And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:  (52)  But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.  (53)  And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.  (54)  And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.  (55)  He cast out the heathen also before them, and divided them an inheritance by line, and made the tribes of Israel to dwell in their tents.  (56)  Yet they tempted and provoked the most high God, and kept not his testimonies:  (57)  But turned back, and dealt unfaithfully like their fathers: they were turned aside like a deceitful bow.  (58)  For they provoked him to anger with their high places, and moved him to jealousy with their graven images.  (59)  When God heard this, he was wroth, and greatly abhorred Israel:  (60)  So that he forsook the tabernacle of Shiloh, the tent which he placed among men;  (61)  And delivered his strength into captivity, and his glory into the enemy's hand.  (62)  He gave his people over also unto the sword; and was wroth with his inheritance.  (63)  The fire consumed their young men; and their maidens were not given to marriage.  (64)  Their priests fell by the sword; and their widows made no lamentation.  (65)  Then the Lord awaked as one out of sleep, and like a mighty man that shouteth by reason of wine.  (66)  And he smote his enemies in the hinder parts: he put them to a perpetual reproach.  (67)  Moreover he refused the tabernacle of Joseph, and chose not the tribe of Ephraim:  (68)  But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved.  (69)  And he built his sanctuary like high palaces, like the earth which he hath established for ever.  (70)  He chose David also his servant, and took him from the sheepfolds:  (71)  From following the ewes great with young he brought him to feed Jacob his people, and Israel his inheritance.  (72)  So he fed them according to the integrity of his heart; and guided them by the skilfulness of his hands.

A very lengthy very easy to understand Psalm. It tells us a history that we become very familiar with if we frequently journey with the Bible. For proper study and detail we should make a few quick mentions before we start to dive a little deeper.

Psa 78:1-3 KJV  Maschil of Asaph. Give ear, O my people, to my law: incline your ears to the words of my mouth.  (2)  I will open my mouth in a parable: I will utter dark sayings of old:  (3)  Which we have heard and known, and our fathers have told us.

Mat 13:9-14 KJV  Who hath ears to hear, let him hear. (14)  And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:

Isa 6:9-10 KJV  And he said, Go, and tell this people, Hear ye indeed, but understand not; and see ye indeed, but perceive not.  (10)  Make the heart of this people fat, and make their ears heavy, and shut their eyes; lest they see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and convert, and be healed.

Isa 42:18-21 KJV  Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see.  (19)  Who is blind, but my servant? or deaf, as my messenger that I sent? who is blind as he that is perfect, and blind as the LORD'S servant?  (20)  Seeing many things, but thou observest not; opening the ears, but he heareth not.  (21)  The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness' sake; he will magnify the law, and make it honourable.

Isa 48:6-8 KJV  Thou hast heard, see all this; and will not ye declare it? I have shewed thee new things from this time, even hidden things, and thou didst not know them.  (7)  They are created now, and not from the beginning; even before the day when thou heardest them not; lest thou shouldest say, Behold, I knew them.  (8)  Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time that thine ear was not opened: for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb.

Psa 78:4-6 KJV  We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generationH1755 to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.  (5)  For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children:  (6)  That the generation to comeH314 might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children:

We have an obligation to teach and pass along the Lord’s ways. This passage makes that very evident. When we are not doing a very good job or completing our tasks with the Lord the enemy can sneak in and stay.

As we mentioned above the fact that we want to be traveling a 2 way journey both hearing and sharing. Most importantly though what Jesus tells us in our opening passages is that it is our responsibility as individuals to not let the following come between us and our faith.

Mat 13:18-30 KJV  Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. (24)  Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field:  (25)  But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

Psa 78:4-11 KJV  We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.

Jdg 1:29 KJV  Neither did Ephraim drive out the Canaanites that dwelt in Gezer; but the Canaanites dwelt in Gezer among them.

This is what we were conveying when we mentioned letting the enemy sneak in and stay. As Christians we are privileged to share in a history that was proclaimed to Noah after the flood.

Gen 9:18-29 KJV  And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham is the father of Canaan.  (19)  These are the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread.  (20)  And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:  (21)  And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.  (22)  And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.  (23)  And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness.  (24)  And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.  (25)  And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.  (26)  And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.  (27)  God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.  (28)  And Noah lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years.  (29)  And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died.

Japheth as we have covered in the Ezekiel 38 and 39 studies becomes what we know to be western civilizations pioneering father.

Gen 10:1-5 KJV  Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood.  (2)  The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.  (3)  And the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.  (4)  And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.  (5)  By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.

The descendants of Japheth move to the north and west and become Gentiles. It’s funny how our civilization pretty much representing Christianity is combined with the Jewish people of Shem. It’s more than coincidence we have Christians especially of the evangelical nature and Jews living together around the world but most importantly in Israel.

Gen 10:21-32 KJV  Unto Shem also, the father of all the children of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder, even to him were children born.  (22)  The children of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram.  (23)  And the children of Aram; Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Mash.  (24)  And Arphaxad begat Salah; and Salah begat Eber.  (25)  And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.  (26)  And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,  (27)  And Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,  (28)  And Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba,  (29)  And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab: all these were the sons of Joktan.  (30)  And their dwelling was from Mesha, as thou goest unto Sephar a mount of the east.  (31)  These are the sons of Shem, after their families, after their tongues, in their lands, after their nations.  (32)  These are the families of the sons of Noah, after their generations, in their nations: and by these were the nations divided in the earth after the flood.

We have mentioned before how Abraham by scriptural math was born 1948 years after creation. The nation he went on to father being Israel restored in the Gregorian year 1948. These things again are more than mere coincidences. Everything we just mentioned by the way the nations, The prophecies of Ezekiel 38 and 39 and the restoration of Israel are all leading to one big thing in particular. The return of our Lord and Savior Jesus. Amen

As a matter of fact we could consider Ezekiel 38 and 39 a prophetic account of what some consider to be WW 3 just as much a look at who we are and what we are all about.

Psa 78:1-8 KJV  Maschil of Asaph.

A couple of quick things before we prepare to move onto our next leg of this prophetic Psalm. America just like Israel has allowed Satan a great stronghold in the country. The Jewish people, their history and especially their customs of faith have been all but wiped out by the enemy Satan. We will be exploring this history and some of our own in the next look at Psalm 78.

Here in America we have gradually slammed the door on speaking about our Lord and Savior Jesus. This in all facets of society. We have also in many ways slipped in our teachings of Him and who He is. In many ways the enemy has been successful with us as Israel. However as Israel’s faith is finding its way and it always has been we here in America are losing ours. This was all called for in scripture.

Rom 1:28-32 KJV  And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;  (29)  Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,  (30)  Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,  (31)  Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:  (32)  Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Hos 4:1-6 KJV  Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land.  (2)  By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood.  (3)  Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish, with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven; yea, the fishes of the sea also shall be taken away.  (4)  Yet let no man strive, nor reprove another: for thy people are as they that strive with the priest.  (5)  Therefore shalt thou fall in the day, and the prophet also shall fall with thee in the night, and I will destroy thy mother.  (6)  My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

No knowledge of God in the land. This is where America has been heading. When yours truly was in grade school there was a pledge of allegiance and the Lord’s prayer every morning. Now in some places if you dare to mention the name of Jesus there is a turmoil that rises. This is what Psalm 78 is all about. Making sure that we continue the teaching of Jesus and the rest of the prophets.

A little message for the sanctuary cities and the for lack of a better word incompetents that want to keep illegal citizens who have committed murder in some cases in our country. Lawlessness will not be tolerated by the Lord. It would also serve for us to remember the following when considering what’s going on.

Exo 23:1-3 KJV  Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.  (2)  Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:  (3)  Neither shalt thou countenance a poor man in his cause.

Lev 19:15 KJV  Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.

Psa 119:41-48 KJV  VAU. Let thy mercies come also unto me, O LORD, even thy salvation, according to thy word.  (42)  So shall I have wherewith to answer him that reproacheth me: for I trust in thy word.  (43)  And take not the word of truth utterly out of my mouth; for I have hoped in thy judgments.  (44)  So shall I keep thy law continually for ever and ever.  (45)  And I will walk at liberty: for I seek thy precepts.  (46)  I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.  (47)  And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.  (48)  My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.

Mat 15:12-14 KJV  Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?  (13)  But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.  (14)  Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

Mat 10:32-33 KJV  Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.  (33)  But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.

As always thanks for sharing a word
God Bless
