Welcome to the World of Biblical Prophecy for History and Today

This Blog is intended to help myself and others gain the best understanding of the world around us through exploration of prophetic scripture. The Bible is the text book. Through these studies we will hopefully provide understanding to both believer and unbeliever alike. The way our God and our Savior Jesus distinguish themselves in the spiritual world is through prophetic means. In other words what the Bible teaches us through fullfillment of these prophecies shows us the truth. Let's take some prophetic journeys through history and at the same time learn about the world around us today. Please try and be patient with any typographical errors as I am my own typist and my own research staff. Thanks

Jerusalem The Burdensome Stone Isaiah 9:8-21

Jerusalem The Burdensome Stone
Isaiah 9:8-21

Your Word Is a Lamp to My Feet

Psa 119:169-176 KJV  TAU. Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.  (170)  Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.  (171)  My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.  (172)  My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.  (173)  Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.  (174)  I have longed for thy salvation, O LORD; and thy law is my delight.  (175)  Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.  (176)  I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.

Ecc 1:9-11 KJV  The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.  (10)  Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.  (11)  There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after.

Ecc 3:14-15 KJV  I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.  (15)  That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requirethH1245that which is past.

Ecc 3:16 KJV  And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there.

H1245
בָּקַשׁ

A primitive root; to search out (by any method; specifically in worship or prayer); by implication to strive after: - ask, beg, beseech, desire, enquire, get, make inquisition, procure, (make) request, require, seek (for).

Mat 10:21 KJV  And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.

Mat 13:57 KJV  And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.

Mat 24:10 KJV  And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

Judgment on Arrogance and Oppression

Isa 9:8-13 KJV  The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel.  (9)  And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in the pride and stoutness of heart,  (10)  The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycomores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.  (11)  Therefore the LORD shall set up the adversaries of Rezin against him, and join his enemies together;  (12)  The Syrians before, and the Philistines behind; and they shall devour Israel with open mouth. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.  (13)  For the people turneth not unto him that smiteth them, neither do they seek the LORD of hosts.

Isa 9:14-16 KJV  Therefore the LORD will cut off from Israel head and tail, branch and rush, in one day.  (15)  The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail.  (16)  For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.

Isa 9:17-21 KJV  Therefore the Lord shall have no joy in their young men, neither shall have mercy on their fatherless and widows: for every one is an hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaketh folly. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.  (18)  For wickedness burneth as the fire: it shall devour the briers and thorns, and shall kindle in the thickets of the forest, and they shall mount up like the lifting up of smoke.  (19)  Through the wrath of the LORD of hosts is the land darkened, and the people shall be as the fuel of the fire: no man shall spare his brother.  (20)  And he shall snatch on the right hand, and be hungry; and he shall eat on the left hand, and they shall not be satisfied: they shall eat every man the flesh of his own arm:  (21)  Manasseh, Ephraim; and Ephraim, Manasseh: and they together shall be against Judah. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

Isa 9:8-10 KJV  The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel.  (9)  And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in the pride and stoutness of heart,  (10)  The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycomores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.

Does anyone remember right after 9-11-2001 how often this passage was read. More specifically verse 10 was being quoted everywhere. Well as usual all the politicians quoting this verse missed its true meaning completely. This is a verse that is meant to convey the stubborn pride among the people. Especially in the case of Ephraim. This referring to the northern kingdom of the 10 tribes. Commentaries suggest that Ephraim was the principal tribe of the region and this is why that tribe is mentioned here in the prophecy.

Ephraim was the proudest of all these tribes. The reason we say all the politicians got it wrong is that the tribe of Ephraim was confederate with Syria back in chapter 7.

Isa 7:1-2 KJV  And it came to pass in the days of Ahaz the son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, king of Judah, that Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of Israel, went up toward Jerusalem to war against it, but could not prevail against it.  (2)  And it was told the house of David, saying, Syria is confederate with Ephraim. And his heart was moved, and the heart of his people, as the trees of the wood are moved with the wind.

Isa 7:12-17 KJV  But Ahaz said, I will not ask, neither will I tempt the LORD.  (13)  And he said, Hear ye now, O house of David; Is it a small thing for you to weary men, but will ye weary my God also?  (14)  Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.  (15)  Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good.  (16)  For before the child shall know to refuse the evil, and choose the good, the land that thou abhorrest shall be forsaken of both her kings.  (17)  The LORD shall bring upon thee, and upon thy people, and upon thy father's house, days that have not come, from the day that Ephraim departed from Judah; even the king of Assyria.

Now apply what is going on in the Bible then to what we see today. Well for starters the rulers of Syria still have a lot of problems with ABBA Father’s chosen people Israel. The rulers of present day Syria are in league with the Russians committing genocide. This in light of the fact that Russia helped out Syria in their civil war.

Now let’s turn our focus to what this means for us here in America and for the rest of the world probably. This is what it means for us. It means that after the 9/11 attacks in 2001 America got full of American pride and not American repentance. This is what the common factor is here. We’ll quickly rebuild as the saying goes. An anthem we will echo from some teachers at the time goes like this. ABBA Father does not respond to ecumenical prayer sessions. The exact thing that happened after the towers fell.

Now the world has a lot of problems because of Russia, Syria, Iran, China and N. Korea. The Russians are getting Syria involved in their brutality. Friends we will keep on saying this. That the prophecies of Ezekiel 38 and 39 detail an Islamic invasion of states teamed with someone like China or Russia coming into the promised land. We will get back to this subject as we start to close this journey out. Now we will ask do any of these nations have anything in common with Christianity. Not much.

Isa 9:11-12 KJV  Therefore the LORD shall set up the adversaries of Rezin against him, and join his enemies together;  (12)  The Syrians before, and the Philistines behind; and they shall devour Israel with open mouth. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

This is certainly the case today as it was when ABBA Father declared this prophecy. Friends there is only one reason that Syria has teamed up with the Russians. That being the promise that Russia will help Syria in dealing with Israel when the time comes.

Pekah Reigns in Israel

2Ki 15:27-31 KJV  In the two and fiftieth year of Azariah king of Judah Pekah the son of Remaliah began to reign over Israel in Samaria, and reigned twenty years.  (28)  And he did that which was evil in the sight of the LORD: he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin.  (29)  In the days of Pekah king of Israel came Tiglathpileser king of Assyria, and took Ijon, and Abelbethmaachah, and Janoah, and Kedesh, and Hazor, and Gilead, and Galilee, all the land of Naphtali, and carried them captive to Assyria.  (30)  And Hoshea the son of Elah made a conspiracy against Pekah the son of Remaliah, and smote him, and slew him, and reigned in his stead, in the twentieth year of Jotham the son of Uzziah.  (31)  And the rest of the acts of Pekah, and all that he did, behold, they are written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel.

Ahaz Reigns in Judah

2Ki 16:1-4 KJV  In the seventeenth year of Pekah the son of Remaliah Ahaz the son of Jotham king of Judah began to reign.  (2)  Twenty years old was Ahaz when he began to reign, and reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem, and did not that which was right in the sight of the LORD his God, like David his father.  (3)  But he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, yea, and made his son to pass through the fire, according to the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD cast out from before the children of Israel.  (4)  And he sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places, and on the hills, and under every green tree.

2Ki 16:5-9 KJV  Then Rezin king of Syria and Pekah son of Remaliah king of Israel came up to Jerusalem to war: and they besieged Ahaz, but could not overcome him.  (6)  At that time Rezin king of Syria recovered Elath to Syria, and drave the Jews from Elath: and the Syrians came to Elath, and dwelt there unto this day.  (7)  So Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglathpileser king of Assyria, saying, I am thy servant and thy son: come up, and save me out of the hand of the king of Syria, and out of the hand of the king of Israel, which rise up against me.  (8)  And Ahaz took the silver and gold that was found in the house of the LORD, and in the treasures of the king's house, and sent it for a present to the king of Assyria.  (9)  And the king of Assyria hearkened unto him: for the king of Assyria went up against Damascus, and took it, and carried the people of it captive to Kir, and slew Rezin.

This passage reminds us of world leaders today in many ways. Have you ever noticed how some presidents or other officials that never attend a church service always visit a temple or something when overseas. Possibly stopping by to offer a little incense or a walk through of houses of false gods and goddesses.

Isa 9:13 KJV  For the people turneth not unto him that smiteth them, neither do they seek the LORD of hosts.

ABBA Father clearly states the problem for His people. Basically He is saying you do not want to be my people. That quite frankly is the case and here in America today as well as the rest of the world does not want to be a nation of ABBA Father and Lord Yeshua/Jesus’ choosing.

It’s funny here in America because there are more and more people being saved as well praise Lord Yeshua/Jesus. We cover the subject a lot but we will go ahead and look at some things.

Psa 33:11-12 KJV  The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.  (12)  Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.

Punishment for Disobedience

Lev 26:14-18 KJV  But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;  (15)  And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant:  (16)  I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.  (17)  And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.  (18)  And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

Lev 26:16 KJV  I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terrorH928,consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

Let’s take a brief look at where this word is found in scripture. As we see above in our word study it is found 4 times throughout the OT. Of course we  have looked at one here I Leviticus.

If you are here with us often enough you know we have a series of studies called the “acharon”. We will include the BDB definition.

H314
אחרן  /  אחרין
'achăryôn  /  'achărôn
BDB Definition:
1) behind, following, subsequent, western
1a) behind, hindermost, western (of location)
1b) later, subsequent, latter, last (of time)
Part of Speech: adjective
A Related Word by BDB/Strong’s Number: from H309
Same Word by TWOT Number: 68e

According to rabbinical teaching this word describes a generation of people that are the last to face the enemies to the east(Hal Lindsey). As we have heard it taught this means the end of the end the conclusion of the conclusion(Perry Stone). One of the journeys we took on the subject was in Psalm 78. This Psalm is all about 1 subject. That being remembering. Remember what ABBA Father has done and is going to do. The following passage comes from that Psalm.

Psa 78:25-33 KJV  Man did eat angels' food: he sent them meat to the full.  (26)  He caused an east wind to blow in the heaven: and by his power he brought in the south wind.  (27)  He rained flesh also upon them as dust, and feathered fowls like as the sand of the sea:  (28)  And he let it fall in the midst of their camp, round about their habitations.  (29)  So they did eat, and were well filled: for he gave them their own desire;  (30)  They were not estranged from their lust. But while their meat was yet in their mouths,  (31)  The wrath of God came upon them, and slew the fattest of them, and smote down the chosen men of Israel.  (32)  For all this they sinned still, and believed not for his wondrous works.  (33)  Therefore their days did he consume in vanity, and their years in troubleH928.

The people did were not content with what ABBA Father was providing for them. They were making demands of ABBA Father they had no right to. The moral to the story be careful what you ask for.

The next time we find the word is in Isaiah 65.

New Heavens and a New Earth

Isa 65:17-25 KJV  For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.  (18)  But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.  (19)  And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.  (20)  There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.  (21)  And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.  (22)  They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.  (23)  They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for troubleH928; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.  (24)  And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.  (25)  The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.

In this particular instance we will be unable to perform acts that bring the troubles. That sounds wonderful does it not? This is a prophecy about the great things of the kingdom.

The next and last look at the word is found in Jeremiah 15.

The Lord Will Not Relent

Jer 15:1-9 KJV  Then said the LORD unto me, Though Moses and Samuel stood before me, yet my mind could not be toward this people: cast them out of my sight, and let them go forth.  (2)  And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Whither shall we go forth? then thou shalt tell them, Thus saith the LORD; Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity.  (3)  And I will appoint over them four kinds, saith the LORD: the sword to slay, and the dogs to tear, and the fowls of the heaven, and the beasts of the earth, to devour and destroy.  (4)  And I will cause them to be removed into all kingdoms of the earth, because of Manasseh the son of Hezekiah king of Judah, for that which he did in Jerusalem.  (5)  For who shall have pity upon thee, O Jerusalem? or who shall bemoan thee? or who shall go aside to ask how thou doest?  (6)  Thou hast forsaken me, saith the LORD, thou art gone backward: therefore will I stretch out my hand against thee, and destroy thee; I am weary with repenting.  (7)  And I will fan them with a fan in the gates of the land; I will bereave them of children, I will destroy my people, since they return not from their ways.  (8)  Their widows are increased to me above the sand of the seas: I have brought upon them against the mother of the young men a spoiler at noonday: I have caused him to fall upon it suddenly, and terrorsH928upon the city.  (9)  She that hath borne seven languisheth: she hath given up the ghost; her sun is gone down while it was yet day: she hath been ashamed and confounded: and the residue of them will I deliver to the sword before their enemies, saith the LORD.

Just as we mentioned earlier with regard to terror earlier we find our word study describing the terrors that ABBA Father was talking about in Leviticus. What was the reason ABBA Father tells us? They had forsaken ABBA Father.

There were many ways they offended ABBA Father just as we are doing in the world today. It’s no longer enough that we shove evolution down our children’s throats. Now we have begun to teach in many states transgender issues or maybe even suggesting that a child may not be exactly what ABBA Father and Lord Yeshua/Jesus intended for them to be.

Who Is the Greatest?

Mat 18:1-6 KJV  At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?  (2)  And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,  (3)  And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.  (4)  Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.  (5)  And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.  (6)  But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

We have said this before. Suppose your darling little son Charlie goes to school one day and comes home Charlotte(or vice verse). This scenario is actually happening in some places friends. To even put the notion in a child’s head that maybe it’s a good idea not to be what ABBA Father Creator and Lord Yeshua/Jesus made you is insane.

It’s as insane as a world sitting back and watching our Christian and Jewish brothers and sisters in the Ukraine being massacred. Sitting back and saying things like “well it depends on what Vladimir does” There’s nothing left for him to do. Friends if we cannot come together as a world to take down evil as we did with Hitler then we are doomed to fail in the eyes of ABBA Father and Lord Yeshua/Jesus.

Isa 9:13-15 KJV  For the people turneth not unto him that smiteth them, neither do they seek the LORD of hosts.  (14)  Therefore the LORD will cut off from Israel head and tail, branch and rush, in one day.  (15)  The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail.

The prophecy about the head and a tail is a remembrance of the rewards for obedience. When ABBA Father was telling the blessings for obedience in chapter 28 He states the following.

Deu 28:13-14 KJV  And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:  (14)  And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them.

The Israelites were intended to be ABBA Father’s chosen nation. The top of all nations on earth. ABBA Father says as much here in this passage. So in a way Isaiah is telling of a fulfillment of Deuteronomy while yet at the same time echoing it for the world in his day and ours.

The passage also tells us that no one is beyond ABBA Father’s judgment. The scope of what is going on reaches all.

Isa 9:14 KJV  Therefore the LORD will cut off from Israel head and tail, branch and rush, in one day.

Isa 9:15  The ancient and honourable, he is the head; and the prophet that teacheth lies, he is the tail.

If you have read the study on Isaiah 3 then you remember that all of the facets of society hat would be affected.

Isa 3:1-4 KJV  For, behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, doth take away from Jerusalem and from Judah the stay and the staff, the whole stay of bread, and the whole stay of water,  (2)  The mighty man, and the man of war, the judge, and the prophet, and the prudent, and the ancient,  (3)  The captain of fifty, and the honourable man, and the counsellor, and the cunning artificer, and the eloquent orator.  (4)  And I will give children to be their princes, and babes shall rule over them.

Isa 5:11-14 KJV  Woe unto them that rise up early in the morning, that they may follow strong drink; that continue until night, till wine inflame them!  (12)  And the harp, and the viol, the tabret, and pipe, and wine, are in their feasts: but they regard not the work of the LORD, neither consider the operation of his hands.  (13)  Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.  (14)  Therefore hell hath enlarged herself, and opened her mouth without measure: and their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, and he that rejoiceth, shall descend into it.

We explored how these very things are happening to America right now. We have joint chiefs of staff calling enemy nations. In the process letting the Chinese know if Donald Trump was planning an attack on them. Let’s ask the question again. Do you think China will give us a casual call and let us know when they are going to launch a hypersonic missile against us?

Isa 9:16  For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyedH1104.

This is a heavy verse. Let’s just say what comes to mind when reading it. That Isaiah tells us that the leadership will lead the people astray if they allow it. That the people that allow themselves to be lead by these lawless leaders will be destroyed. Let’s look at this word destroyed shall we?

H1104
בָּלַע
bâla‛
baw-lah'
A primitive root; to make away with (specifically by swallowing); generally to destroy: - cover, destroy, devour, eat up, be at end, spend up, swallow down (up).
Total KJV occurrences: 49

Sounds like the same fate that ABBA Father sent for the rebellion by Korah and his followers. The story if you are not familiar found in Numbers 16. In a nutshell people that got jealous of Moses’ authority challenged said authority. We will show the events in the following passage from the book of Numbers.

Num 16:24-33 KJV  Speak unto the congregation, saying, Get you up from about the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram.  (25)  And Moses rose up and went unto Dathan and Abiram; and the elders of Israel followed him.  (26)  And he spake unto the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest ye be consumed in all their sins.  (27)  So they gat up from the tabernacle of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, on every side: and Dathan and Abiram came out, and stood in the door of their tents, and their wives, and their sons, and their little children.  (28)  And Moses said, Hereby ye shall know that the LORD hath sent me to do all these works; for I have not done them of mine own mind.  (29)  If these men die the common death of all men, or if they be visited after the visitation of all men; then the LORD hath not sent me.  (30)  But if the LORD make a new thing, and the earth open her mouth, and swallow them up, with all that appertain unto them, and they go down quick into the pit; then ye shall understand that these men have provoked the LORD.  (31)  And it came to pass, as he had made an end of speaking all these words, that the ground clave asunder that was under them:  (32)  And the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up, and their houses, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.  (33)  They, and all that appertained to them, went down alive into the pit, and the earth closed upon them: and they perished from among the congregation.

Leadership that allows the abortion of our and ABBA Father’s children.

Deu 27:24-26 KJV  Cursed be he that smiteth his neighbour secretly. And all the people shall say, Amen.  (25)  Cursed be he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.  (26)  Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.

Who Shall Dwell on Your Holy Hill?

Psa 15:1-5 KJV  A Psalm of David. LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?  (2)  He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.  (3)  He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.  (4)  In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.  (5)  He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.

We could include the things that we mentioned earlier regarding the brainwashing of our kids concerning gender truth. That truth being you best be happy with the way ABBA Father and Lord Yeshua/Jesus made you and move on.

Lord Yeshua/Jesus had His own special way of putting this matter.

What Defiles a Person

Mat 15:10-14 KJV  And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:  (11)  Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.  (12)  Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying?  (13)  But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.  (14)  Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

Isa 9:17-18 KJV  Therefore the Lord shall have no joy in their young men, neither shall have mercy on their fatherless and widows: for every one is an hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaketh folly. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.  (18)  For wickedness burneth as the fire: it shall devour the briers and thorns, and shall kindle in the thickets of the forest, and they shall mount up like the lifting up of smoke.

Isa 9:17-19 KJV  Therefore the Lord shall have no joy in their young men, neither shall have mercy on their fatherless and widows: for every one is an hypocrite and an evildoer, and every mouth speaketh folly.

Friends we have been exploring when we can some things about wicked spirits. The passage here is describing the following from Romans 1.

God's Wrath on Unrighteousness

Rom 1:18-23 KJV  For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;  (19)  Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.  (20)  For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:  (21)  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.  (22)  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,  (23)  And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.

Rom 1:24-27 KJV  Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:  (25)  Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.  (26)  For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:  (27)  And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

Rom 1:28-32 KJV  And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;  (29)  Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,  (30)  Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,  (31)  Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:  (32)  Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

We thought we would see what came up for 20th century occultist in a search to get a few pictures. The following pictures are some of those folks that we would say are dangerous to the unsuspecting public.

Mat 7:15-20 KJV  Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.  (16)  Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?  (17)  Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.  (18)  A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.  (19)  Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.  (20)  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Madam Blavatsky

                                                                Aleister Crowley

                                                                    Jim Jones

How is that for a trio.

Isa 9:20-21 KJV  And he shall snatch on the right hand, and be hungry; and he shall eat on the left hand, and they shall not be satisfied: they shall eat every man the flesh of his own arm:  (21)  Manasseh, Ephraim; and Ephraim, Manasseh: and they together shall be against Judah. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.

We believe that this is something to do with a famine. This makes perfect sense when we realize that the betrayal, warfare and famine are all things Lord Yeshua/Jesus told us about. America we may want to keep these words in mind. It looks as though the world may also.

Mat 24:4-8 KJV  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.  (5)  For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.  (6)  And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.  (7)  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.  (8)  All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Isa 49:25-26 KJV  But thus saith the LORD, Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered: for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.  (26)  And I will feed them that oppress thee with their own flesh; and they shall be drunken with their own blood, as with sweet wine: and all flesh shall know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.

Punishment for Disobedience

Lev 26:26-29 KJV  And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.  (27)  And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;  (28)  Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.  (29)  And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat.

Jesus Is Coming

Rev 22:6-13 KJV  And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.  (7)  Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.  (8)  And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.  (9)  Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.  (10)  And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.  (11)  He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.  (12)  And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.  (13)  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

The Coming of the Son of Man

Luk 21:25-28 KJV  And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;  (26)  Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.  (27)  And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.  (28)  And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Mic 7:7 KJV  Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.

Rev 22:20-21 KJV  He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.  (21)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

As always thanks for sharing a word

Wicked Spirits in Heavenly Places 2 A Look at the Biblical Concept of Evil

Wicked Spirits in Heavenly Places 2
A Look at the Biblical Concept of Evil

Ecc 1:9-10 KJV  The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.  (10)  Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.

Ecc 3:14-15 KJV  I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.  (15)  That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.

Ecc 3:16-17 KJV  And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there.  (17)  I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.

The Beatitudes

Mat 5:2-12 KJV  And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,  (3)  Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.  (4)  Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.  (5)  Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.  (6)  Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.  (7)  Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.  (8)  Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.  (9)  Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.  (10)  Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.  (11)  Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evilG4190against you falsely, for my sake.  (12)  Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Now Let’s look at the Hebrew equivalent

H7451
רָעָה    רַע
ra‛    râ‛âh
rah, raw-aw'
From H7489; bad or (as noun) evil (naturally or morally). This includes the second (feminine) form; as adjective or noun: - adversity, affliction, bad, calamity, + displease (-ure), distress, evil ([-favouredness], man, thing), + exceedingly, X great, grief (-vous), harm, heavy, hurt (-ful), ill (favoured), + mark, mischief, (-vous), misery, naught (-ty), noisome, + not please, sad (-ly), sore, sorrow, trouble, vex, wicked (-ly, -ness, one), worse (-st) wretchedness, wrong. We can observe that these words are synonymous.

Our Lord and Savior Yeshua/Jesus uses this word 17 times alone in the gospel of Matthew. This as opposed to only 2 times in the gospel of Mark. Not a lot of overlap here in this case. However in Luke we find the word used 11 times. The gospel of John 3 times.

Oaths

Mat 5:33-37 KJV  Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:  (34)  But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne:  (35)  Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.  (36)  Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.  (37)  But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evilG4190.

How often do we let ourselves get caught by this one.

Retaliation

Mat 5:38-42 KJV  Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:  (39)  But I say unto you, That ye resist not evilG4190: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.  (40)  And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke also.  (41)  And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.  (42)  Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

Love Your Enemies

Mat 5:43-48 KJV  Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.  (44)  But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;  (45)  That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evilG4190and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.  (46)  For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?  (47)  And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?  (48)  Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Hello again friends. Since we were exploring the subject of wickedness in high places we thought we would continue a little further by taking a journey into the subject of evil in scripture. As we can see our Greek and Hebrew word studies are almost a perfect match in this case.

This is also the word used in the Lord’s prayer.

The Lord's Prayer

Mat 6:5-8 KJV  And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.  (6)  But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.  (7)  But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.  (8)  Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

Mat 6:9-13 KJV  After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.  (10)  Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.  (11)  Give us this day our daily bread.  (12)  And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.  (13)  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evilG4190: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

The example we used in our last journey was that of none other than Vladimir Putin himself and what he is doing and saying. We realize that he is not a Rabbi or belonging to the Sanhedrin. However we would like to see Lord Yeshua/Jesus Himself ask the following of Mr. Putin. Maybe he would like to quote the following passage since he apparently likes to use our Lord and Savior’s words.

A Tree Is Known by Its Fruit

Mat 12:33-37 KJV  Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit.  (34)  O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evilG4190, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.  (35)  A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.  (36)  But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.  (37)  For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

What Defiles a Person

Mat 15:10-15 KJV  And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:  (11)  Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man. (15)  Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable.

Mat 15:16-20 KJV  And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding?  (17)  Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught?  (18)  But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.  (19)  For out of the heart proceed evilG4190 thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:  (20)  These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man.

Now we would ask you does this sound a little bit like Mr. Putin? We remarked about how he was running around saying things about Lord Yeshua/Jesus. Be careful world when you start seeing these things whether now or from the past. As our introduction verses state It’s nothing new. We are not isolating Putin. He is our best and current example of what we have been exploring.

Laborers in the Vineyard

Mat 20:1-7 KJV  For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard.  (2)  And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard.  (3)  And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace,  (4)  And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way.  (5)  Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise.  (6)  And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle?  (7)  They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive.

Mat 20:8-13 KJV  So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first.  (9)  And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny.  (10)  But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny.  (11)  And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house,  (12)  Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day.  (13)  But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny?

Mat 20:14-16 KJV  Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee.  (15)  Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evilG4190,because I am good?  (16)  So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.

Jesus Foretells His Death a Third Time

Mat 20:17-19 KJV  And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them,  (18)  Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death,  (19)  And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again.

Let’s break down our NT word study for evil. There are some interesting definitions that are within.

G4190
πονηρός
ponēros
pon-ay-ros'
From a derivative of G4192; hurtful, that is, evil (properly in effect or influence, and thus differing from G2556, which refers rather to essential character, as well as from G4550, which indicates degeneracy from original virtue); figuratively calamitous; also (passively) ill, that is, diseased; but especially (morally) culpable, that is, derelict, vicious, facinorous; neuter (singular) mischief, malice, or (plural) guilt; masculine (singular) the devil, or (plural) sinners: - bad, evil, grievous, harm, lewd, malicious, wicked (-ness). See also G4191.

G4192

ponos
Thayer Definition:
1) great trouble, intense desire
2) pain
Part of Speech: noun masculine
A Related Word by Thayer’s/Strong’s Number: from the base of G3993

It’s interesting when we consider the only 3 times this word is used it is found in the book of Revelation.

The Seven Bowls of God's Wrath

Rev 16:1-7 KJV  And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.  (2)  And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image.  (3)  And the second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea.  (4)  And the third angel poured out his vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters; and they became blood.  (5)  And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.  (6)  For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.  (7)  And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

Can you imagine and hopefully that is all we do seeing 1/3 of all salt and fresh water unusable.

Rev 16:8-11 KJV  And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.  (9)  And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory.  (10)  And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for painG4192,  (11)  And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their painsG4192and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.

As we know with Lord Yeshua/Jesus we have a way out or shall we say an escape.

The New Heaven and the New Earth

Rev 21:1-4 KJV  And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.  (2)  And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.  (3)  And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.  (4)  And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more painG4192: for the former things are passed away.

G2556
κακός
kakos
kak-os'
Apparently a primary word; worthless (intrinsically such; whereas G4190 properly refers to effects), that is, (subjectively) depraved, or (objectively) injurious: - bad, evil, harm, ill, noisome, wicked.
Total KJV occurrences: 51

We cannot of course explore all 51 of these any more than we can explore our root word 76 times. We will do our best to explore a few for right now. What we can say before we get started is that G2556kakos mostly describes an individual as in the following passage.

No One Knows That Day and Hour

Mat 24:36-41 KJV  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.  (37)  But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.  (38)  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,  (39)  And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.  (40)  Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.  (41)  Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Mat 24:42-46 KJV  Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.  (43)  But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.  (44)  Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.  (45)  Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?  (46)  Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

Mat 24:47-51 KJV  Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.  (48)  But and if that evilG2556servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;  (49)  And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;  (50)  The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,  (51)  And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The Crowd Chooses Barabbas

Mat 27:15-19 KJV  Now at that feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would.  (16)  And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas.  (17)  Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?  (18)  For he knew that for envy they had delivered him.  (19)  When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.

Mat 27:20-23 KJV  But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus.  (21)  The governor answered and said unto them, Whether of the twain will ye that I release unto you? They said, Barabbas.  (22)  Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified.  (23)  And the governor said, Why, what evilG2556hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.

Pilate Delivers Jesus to Be Crucified

Mat 27:24-26 KJV  When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.  (25)  Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.  (26)  Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.

Here is another popular passage which we find the use of this word.

The Rich Man and Lazarus

Luk 16:19-23 KJV  There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day:  (20)  And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores,  (21)  And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man's table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores.  (22)  And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried;  (23)  And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

Luk 16:24-26 KJV  And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.  (25)  But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evilG2556things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.  (26)  And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

Luk 16:27-31 KJV  Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father's house:  (28)  For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.  (29)  Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them.  (30)  And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.  (31)  And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

We would like to stop right here for just a few moments. The reason we are doing so is because every word we have explored today to this point is describing exactly what we are seeing from Russia. To be more specific Vladimir Putin. Friends we will keep saying this as often as we explore the warfare right now. The evil that we are seeing rivals anything Adolf Hitler did in WWII. Children being blatantly killed by bombs and other acts of atrocity.

While the eastern part of the world is stuck with a mad man possessed by a purely evil spirit. We are stuck as we say with a spirit of buffoonery in our white house. Not limited to just 1 individual either.

Vladimir Putin also is a picture of all 3 words we have explored today. Don’t get us wrong as we said in our last get together they are all working for the enemy and his evil. The most powerful nation on earth going stupid while the next most powerful is committing genocide. It’s Lord Yeshua/Jesus’ blood that takes away this evil. He is the power and the glory. Amen!!

God's Righteous Judgment

Rom 2:1-4 KJV  Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things.  (2)  But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things.  (3)  And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?  (4)  Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

Rom 2:5-11 KJV  But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;  (6)  Who will render to every man according to his deeds:  (7)  To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life:  (8)  But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath,  (9)  Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;  (10)  But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:  (11)  For there is no respect of persons with God.

Of course this follows a passage we refer to as every prophecy student’s dream. We used the word student for we are first students and then preachers.

This is where the people that appear on shows like Jerry Springer and the likes are found in scripture. It’s also just as easy to see that political leaders spouting lies about Lord Yeshua and the deeds they are committing. This is also where the devil worshipping types are found. All facets of society are found within this range. A good example would be bands and musicians that are very open about their satanic worship. You know the Marilyn Manson, Charlie Manson types that openly defy Lord Yeshua/Jesus and ABBA Father. Now let’s explore something that people such as Vladimir Putin and the likes should know.

Our Heavenly Dwelling

2Co 5:1-4 KJV  For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.  (2)  For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven:  (3)  If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.  (4)  For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

2Co 5:5-10 KJV  Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit.  (6)  Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:  (7)  (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)  (8)  We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.  (9)  Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.  (10)  For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.

We shared this next passage in our last journey.

Those Who Fear God Will Do Well

Ecc 8:10-13 KJV  And so I saw the wicked buried, who had come and gone from the place of the holy, and they were forgotten in the city where they had so done: this is also vanity.  (11)  Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evilH7451.  (12)  Though a sinner do evil an hundred times, and his days be prolonged, yet surely I know that it shall be well with them that fear God, which fear before him:  (13)  But it shall not be well with the wicked, neither shall he prolong his days, which are as a shadow; because he feareth not before God.

Fear God and Keep His Commandments

Ecc 12:9-14 KJV  And moreover, because the preacher was wise, he still taught the people knowledge; yea, he gave good heed, and sought out, and set in order many proverbs.  (10)  The preacher sought to find out acceptable words: and that which was written was upright, even words of truth.  (11)  The words of the wise are as goads, and as nails fastened by the masters of assemblies, which are given from one shepherd.  (12)  And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.  (13)  Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.  (14)  For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evilH7451.

The Authority of the Son

Joh 5:19-21 KJV  Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.  (20)  For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel.  (21)  For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.

Joh 5:22-30 KJV  For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:  (23)  That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.  (24)  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.  (25)  Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.  (26)  For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;  (27)  And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.  (28)  Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,  (29)  And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.  (30)  I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.

Jesus Is Coming

Rev 22:7-13 KJV  Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
