Welcome to the World of Biblical Prophecy for History and Today

This Blog is intended to help myself and others gain the best understanding of the world around us through exploration of prophetic scripture. The Bible is the text book. Through these studies we will hopefully provide understanding to both believer and unbeliever alike. The way our God and our Savior Jesus distinguish themselves in the spiritual world is through prophetic means. In other words what the Bible teaches us through fullfillment of these prophecies shows us the truth. Let's take some prophetic journeys through history and at the same time learn about the world around us today. Please try and be patient with any typographical errors as I am my own typist and my own research staff. Thanks

Jerusalem the Burdensome Stone Isaiah 8 The Stumbling Stone The Rock of Offence

Jerusalem the Burdensome Stone
Isaiah 8 The Stumbling Stone
The Rock of Offence

Your Word Is a Lamp to My Feet

Psa 119:169-176 KJV  TAU. Let my cry come near before thee, O LORD: give me understanding according to thy word.  (170)  Let my supplication come before thee: deliver me according to thy word.  (171)  My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes.  (172)  My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness.  (173)  Let thine hand help me; for I have chosen thy precepts.  (174)  I have longed for thy salvation, O LORD; and thy law is my delight.  (175)  Let my soul live, and it shall praise thee; and let thy judgments help me.  (176)  I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant; for I do not forget thy commandments.

Ecc 1:9-11 KJV  The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.  (10)  Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.  (11)  There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after.

Ecc 3:14-15 KJV  I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him.  (15)  That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.

Ecc 3:16 KJV  And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there.

The Parable of the Hidden Treasure

Mat 13:44 KJV  Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

The Parable of the Pearl of Great Value

Mat 13:45-46 KJV  Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a merchant man, seeking goodly pearls:  (46)  Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.

The Parable of the Net

Mat 13:47-50 KJV  Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:  (48)  Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.  (49)  So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,  (50)  And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

New and Old Treasures

Mat 13:51-52 KJV  Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.  (52)  Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.

Jesus Rejected at Nazareth

Mat 13:53-58 KJV  And it came to pass, that when Jesus had finished these parables, he departed thence.  (54)  And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works?  (55)  Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?  (56)  And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?  (57)  And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house.  (58)  And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

Jesus Heals a Man Born Blind

Joh 9:1-6 KJV  And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.  (2)  And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?  (3)  Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.  (4)  I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.  (5)  As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.  (6)  When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,

Joh 9:7-11 KJV  And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of SiloamG4611, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.  (8)  The neighbours therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged?  (9)  Some said, This is he: others said, He is like him: but he said, I am he.  (10)  Therefore said they unto him, How were thine eyes opened?  (11)  He answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight.

He who was sent is our Lord Yeshua/Jesus. There are a lot of things we are hoping to explore as we move forward with these journeys.

Hello Again friends. Hope you enjoyed the journeys we took over the Holy Days period with the connections between Lord Yeshua/Jesus and Jonah. We decided to move forward with a return to our journeys regarding Jerusalem the burdensome stone. We have found some very interesting things to explore in Isaiah chapter 8.

These will range from the warfare described by Isaiah for the times of the kings most particularly Hezekiah. As we have explored in our past journeys there is a miraculous event that takes place within the attacks and even the attitudes of the Assyrians themselves coming into judgment. Something that we should mention here is that Syria is as divided spiritually and politically as it was when Isaiah penned chapter 8. This will be pointed out when we explore the outcome of all this as it pertained to Isaiah’s ministry and the rule of king Hezekiah.

The Coming Assyrian Invasion

Isa 8:1-4 KJV  Moreover the LORD said unto me, Take thee a great roll, and write in it with a man's pen concerning Mahershalalhashbaz.  (2)  And I took unto me faithful witnesses to record, Uriah the priest, and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.  (3)  And I went unto the prophetess; and she conceived, and bare a son. Then said the LORD to me, Call his name MahershalalhashbazH4122.  (4)  For before the child shall have knowledge to cry, My father, and my mother, the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria shall be taken away before the king of Assyria.

Just a couple of things to mention here.

Friends this prophecy written for a time several hundred years before our Lord Yeshua/Jesus also chimes down into our history today. The history for those unaware concerning Isaiah is as follows. He was sawed asunder. Meaning he was sawed into 2 pieces. It’s interesting that all of Isaiah’s prophecies talk to the kings and sinners of his day. However almost if not all his prophecies tell us the same message in our day and time. Well right about now you are probably saying what does this mean brother Al. In other words Isaiah’s prophecies have dual meanings and he was sawed into 2 pieces.

Well let’s explore this for a few. This prophecy states that before in this case a long time before the Messiah an Assyrian invasion would come. We explored the warfare described in Ezekiel 38 and 39 quite heavily. This warfare could easily start as a result of Russia now in Syria attacking Israel. We do not know exactly what will kick this warfare off. We do know this much that Russia accompanied by a confederation of Islamic states will be attacking Israel or possibly Israel going on the offensive. Many speculate whether this will happen before or after the rapture. If there is a pattern in this it would seem prior to the return of Lord Yeshua/Jesus. We are not teaching that it is merely for suggestion. We hope Lord Yeshua /Jesus has returned and we have left with Him more importantly. By the time this prophetic warfare is taking place.
Let’s explore some other things that go pretty deep. Let’s take a look at our word studies from above for a few moments.

(3)  And I went unto the prophetess; and she conceived, and bare a son. Then said the LORD to me, Call his name MahershalalhashbazH4122.

The name of Isaiah’s son found only in this passage of the Bible. It is an interesting name however. Albert Barnes’ Notes on the Bible gives the following breakdown on the name.

Concerning - Hebrew ל (le). This preposition may denote concerning, of, or to. I understand it here as referring to the heading or title of the prophecy. This was to be set over the prophecy, as a running title, to denote the main subject of it. The subject is indicated in the name which is immediately added.

Maher - Hasten; or, he shall hasten. “Shalal.” Spoil, or prey.

Hash - Hasten, or make speed.

Baz - Spoil, or prey. The name used here is a repetition of the same idea - denoting haste in seizing prey, or spoil; and is repeated to give emphasis, and to excite attention. The idea is, that the Assyrian would hasten to his plunder - that it would be accomplished with speed. This name was to be given to a child of Isaiah; and this child was to be a sign of the event which was signified by the name; see Isa_8:18; compare Hab_2:2-3.

The Righteous Shall Live by His Faith

Hab 2:2-5 KJV  And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.  (3)  For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.  (4)  Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.  (5)  Yea also, because he transgresseth by wine, he is a proud man, neither keepeth at home, who enlargeth his desire as hell, and is as death, and cannot be satisfied, but gathereth unto him all nations, and heapeth unto him all people:

Rom 1:16-17 KJV  For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.  (17)  For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

Gal 3:10-11 KJV  For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.  (11)  But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

Heb 10:36-39 KJV  For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.  (37)  For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.  (38)  Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.  (39)  But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

It’s an older concept than many may think. The concept that the just shall live by faith. It dates all the way back to the time of Habakkuk. His name by the way means to embrace. We will not develop Habakkuk at this time. However as with all things we do here it depends on just how much time ABBA Father and Lord Yeshua /Jesus keep aside for us to do this work. As we thank them as one for what they have shown us over the years. Amen!

Isa 8:5-6 KJV  The LORD spake also unto me again, saying,  (6)  Forasmuch as this people refuseth the waters of Shiloah that go softly, and rejoice in Rezin and Remaliah's son;

Isaiah tells us that Rezin and Remaliah are chosen over the word in Hebrew meaning sent. In other words in their time frame the waters associated with healing meaning ABBA Father and Lord Yeshua/Jesus to come are second to Rezin the king of Syria and Pekah Remaliah’s son king of Samaria.

Neh 3:15 KJV  But the gate of the fountain repaired Shallun the son of Colhozeh, the ruler of part of Mizpah; he built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and the wall of the pool of Siloah by the king's garden, and unto the stairs that go down from the city of David.

Isa 8:7-10 KJV  Now therefore, behold, the Lord bringeth up upon them the waters of the river, strong and many, even the king of Assyria, and all his glory: and he shall come up over all his channels, and go over all his banks:  (8)  And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel.  (9)  Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces.  (10)  Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.

We will use the word magnitude of the invasion described here. We will discuss the ultimate outcome for all this before we end this chapter. One more prophetic subject we will address for now. That being Syria and Israel are basically at a stand still on talks concerning the Golan heights. There is another prophetic passage concerning Assyria and what ABBA Father calls His mountains.

An Oracle Concerning Assyria

Isa 14:24-27 KJV  The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:  (25)  That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.  (26)  This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.  (27)  For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

Notice that ABBA Father is speaking to the world as it was known then and now. This particular prophecy we will not develop but we will share that it is within a passage concerning the punishment of the spiritual king of Babylon.

Now let us turn our attention back to the word Siloam.

Then we have the NT and 3 times in the Gospels of Luke once.

Repent or Perish

Luk 13:1-5 KJV  There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.  (2)  And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things?  (3)  I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.  (4)  Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in Jerusalem?  (5)  I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Joh 9:1-7 KJV  And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. (6)  When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay,  (7)  And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.

Joh 9:8-13 KJV  The neighbours therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged?  (9)  Some said, This is he: others said, He is like him: but he said, I am he.  (10)  Therefore said they unto him, How were thine eyes opened?  (11)  He answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight.  (12)  Then said they unto him, Where is he? He said, I know not.  (13)  They brought to the Pharisees him that aforetime was blind.

It’s a good thing to revert back to the more spiritual side of the teaching here with lord Yeshua /Jesus as we began the latter parts of Isaiah 8. Another way to look at this through scripture is found in the pattern of choice. Lord Yeshua/Jesus as we have explored recently called out to those cities who would not repent in light of all the miracles He had performed amongst them. Also as we just explored in Lord Yeshua/Jesus and Jonah Lord Yeshua/ Jesus calls out the unrepentant as being judged by the Nineveh response.

So to this point we see ABBA Father warning of the Assyrian invasion looming before the birth of the Messiah Lord Yeshua/Jesus. The world today as we know could see something erupt between many parties especially if Israel is forced into action. As a matter of fact as we are exploring this journey we made the Syrian raid in the news. Let’s start to develop the rest of Isaiah 8. As it gives us a message as to what we should do.

Fear God, Wait for the Lord

Isa 8:11-15 KJV  For the LORD spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying,  (12)  Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.  (13)  Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.  (14)  And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.  (15)  And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.

Isa 8:13 KJV  Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.

Isa 26:4-5 KJV  Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:  (5)  For he bringeth down them that dwell on high; the lofty city, he layeth it low; he layeth it low, even to the ground; he bringeth it even to the dust.

Mat 11:2-6 KJV  Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples,  (3)  And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?  (4)  Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see:  (5)  The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.  (6)  And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

Isa 8:16-18 KJV  Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.  (17)  And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.  (18)  Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.

Wait for the God of Salvation

Mic 7:1-9 KJV  Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit.  (2)  The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net.  (3)  That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.  (4)  The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity.  (5)  Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.  (6)  For the son dishonoureth the father, the daughter riseth up against her mother, the daughter in law against her mother in law; a man's enemies are the men of his own house.  (7)  Therefore I will look unto the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation: my God will hear me.  (8)  Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy: when I fall, I shall arise; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.  (9)  I will bear the indignation of the LORD, because I have sinned against him, until he plead my cause, and execute judgment for me: he will bring me forth to the light, and I shall behold his righteousness.

Jesus Rejected at Nazareth

Mar 6:1-6 KJV  And he went out from thence, and came into his own country; and his disciples follow him.  (2)  And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?  (3)  Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.  (4)  But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.  (5)  And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them.  (6)  And he marvelled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the villages, teaching.

Isa 45:22-25 KJV  Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.  (23)  I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.  (24)  Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.  (25)  In the LORD shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.

Isa 8:19-20 KJV  And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?  (20)  To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.

Lev 19:31 KJV  Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.

Lev 20:6-8 KJV  And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.  (7)  Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the LORD your God.  (8)  And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the LORD which sanctify you.

Lev 20:27 KJV  A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones: their blood shall be upon them.

The Siege of Jerusalem

Isa 29:1-7 KJV  Woe to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt! add ye year to year; let them kill sacrifices.  (2)  Yet I will distress Ariel, and there shall be heaviness and sorrow: and it shall be unto me as Ariel.  (3)  And I will camp against thee round about, and will lay siege against thee with a mount, and I will raise forts against thee.  (4)  And thou shalt be brought down, and shalt speak out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low out of the dust, and thy voice shall be, as of one that hath a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy speech shall whisper out of the dust.  (5)  Moreover the multitude of thy strangers shall be like small dust, and the multitude of the terrible ones shall be as chaff that passeth away: yea, it shall be at an instant suddenly.  (6)  Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire.  (7)  And the multitude of all the nations that fight against Ariel, even all that fight against her and her munition, and that distress her, shall be as a dream of a night vision.

Friends many scholars believe that this warfare my fulfill Ezekiel 38 qnd 39. This also means that Lord Yeshua/Jesus may intervene and with the word end this warfare.

Just a couple of more things we will cover concerning the Assyrian invasion  then and now. In the case of Hezekiah ABBA Father destroyed the Assyrian invasion as it was trying to put a strangle hold on Jerusalem.

2Ki 19:31-37 KJV  For out of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and they that escape out of mount Zion: the zeal of the LORD of hosts shall do this.  (32)  Therefore thus saith the LORD concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a bank against it.  (33)  By the way that he came, by the same shall he return, and shall not come into this city, saith the LORD.  (34)  For I will defend this city, to save it, for mine own sake, and for my servant David's sake.  (35)  And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the LORD went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.  (36)  So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and dwelt at Nineveh.  (37)  And it came to pass, as he was worshipping in the house of Nisroch his god, that Adrammelech and Sharezer his sons smote him with the sword: and they escaped into the land of Armenia. And Esarhaddon his son reigned in his stead.

This last passage we from 2nd Kings 19 explains how the angel of the Lord smote the Assyrians to the tune of 186,000 men.

The world is awaiting our Lord and Savior Yeshua/Jesus to come back and intervene at the onset of WWIII which most believers call Ezekiel38 and 39.

The Abomination of Desolation

Mar 13:14-19 KJV  But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:  (15)  And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house:  (16)  And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.  (17)  But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!  (18)  And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.  (19)  For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

Mar 13:20-23 KJV  And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.  (21)  And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:  (22)  For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.  (23)  But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

The Rider on a White Horse

Rev 19:11-16 KJV  And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.  (12)  His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.  (13)  And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.  (14)  And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.  (15)  And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.  (16)  And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.

Rev 19:17-21 KJV  And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;  (18)  That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.  (19)  And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army.  (20)  And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.  (21)  And the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse, which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with their flesh.

Rev 22:6-7 KJV  And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.  (7)  Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

As always thanks for sharing a word
God Bless.
