Welcome to the World of Biblical Prophecy for History and Today

This Blog is intended to help myself and others gain the best understanding of the world around us through exploration of prophetic scripture. The Bible is the text book. Through these studies we will hopefully provide understanding to both believer and unbeliever alike. The way our God and our Savior Jesus distinguish themselves in the spiritual world is through prophetic means. In other words what the Bible teaches us through fullfillment of these prophecies shows us the truth. Let's take some prophetic journeys through history and at the same time learn about the world around us today. Please try and be patient with any typographical errors as I am my own typist and my own research staff. Thanks

Jerusalem the Burdensome Stone Isaiah 9 Then and Now Our Wonderful Lord Yeshua/Jesus Our Savior or Your Stumbling Block

Jerusalem the Burdensome Stone
Isaiah 9 Then and Now
Our Wonderful Lord Yeshua/Jesus
Our Savior or Your Stumbling Block

You Must Be Born Again

Joh 3:1-4 KJV  There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews:  (2)  The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him.  (3)  Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.  (4)  Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?

Joh 3:5-9 KJV  Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.  (6)  That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.  (7)  Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.  (8)  The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.  (9)  Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be?

Joh 3:10-15 KJV  Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?  (11)  Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.  (12)  If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?  (13)  And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.  (14)  And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:  (15)  That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

For God So Loved the World

Joh 3:16-21 KJV  For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  (17)  For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.  (18)  He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.  (19)  And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.  (20)  For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.  (21)  But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Jesus Begins His Ministry

Mat 4:12-17 KJV  Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee;  (13)  And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim:  (14)  That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying,  (15)  The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;  (16)  The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up.  (17)  From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Jesus Calls the First Disciples

Mat 4:18-22 KJV  And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.  (19)  And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.  (20)  And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.  (21)  And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them.  (22)  And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him.

For to Us a Child Is Born

Isa 9:1-7 KJV  Nevertheless the dimness shall not be such as was in her vexation, when at the first he lightly afflicted the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, and afterward did more grievously afflict her by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the nations.  (2)  The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light: they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined.  (3)  Thou hast multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy: they joy before thee according to the joy in harvest, and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil.  (4)  For thou hast broken the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian.  (5)  For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire.  (6)  For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called WonderfulH6382, CounsellorH3289,The mightyH1368GodH410, The everlastingH5703FatherH1,The PrinceH8269of PeaceH7965. (7)  Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Hello there again friends we are exploring Isaiah 9. With a little bit different approach than the usual. We mean this in the kindest way by saying we are not so much focusing upon the birth of Lord Yeshua/Jesus. Focusing a bit more upon what He was sent to be. We explored that concept in our last get together with regard to the healing place of the flowing waters Shiloam and Siloam.

Isa 9:4-5 KJV  For thou hast broken the yoke of his burden, and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Midian.  (5)  For every battle of the warrior is with confused noise, and garments rolled in blood; but this shall be with burning and fuel of fire.

Gideon Defeats Midian

Jdg 7:19-25 KJV  So Gideon, and the hundred men that were with him, came unto the outside of the camp in the beginning of the middle watch; and they had but newly set the watch: and they blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers that were in their hands.  (20)  And the three companies blew the trumpets, and brake the pitchers, and held the lamps in their left hands, and the trumpets in their right hands to blow withal: and they cried, The sword of the LORD, and of Gideon.  (21)  And they stood every man in his place round about the camp: and all the host ran, and cried, and fled.  (22)  And the three hundred blew the trumpets, and the LORD set every man's sword against his fellow, even throughout all the host: and the host fled to Bethshittah in Zererath, and to the border of Abelmeholah, unto Tabbath.  (23)  And the men of Israel gathered themselves together out of Naphtali, and out of Asher, and out of all Manasseh, and pursued after the Midianites.  (24)  And Gideon sent messengers throughout all mount Ephraim, saying, Come down against the Midianites, and take before them the waters unto Bethbarah and Jordan. Then all the men of Ephraim gathered themselves together, and took the waters unto Bethbarah and Jordan.  (25)  And they took two princes of the Midianites, Oreb and Zeeb; and they slew Oreb upon the rock Oreb, and Zeeb they slew at the winepress of Zeeb, and pursued Midian, and brought the heads of Oreb and Zeeb to Gideon on the other side Jordan.

Well this is certainly a mouthful of words we have chosen to highlight. The reason we did so is what we discovered exploring the word used here for Wonderful. We discovered as we will hopefully demonstrate how almost every instance in this particular word alluded to something related to Lord Yeshua/Jesus.

H6381
פָּלָא
pâlâ'
paw-law'
A primitive root; properly perhaps to separate, that is, distinguish (literally or figuratively); by implication to be (causatively make) great, difficult, wonderful: - accomplish, (arise . . . too, be too) hard, hidden, things too high, (be, do, do a, shew) marvelous (-ly, -els, things, work), miracles, perform, separate, make singular, (be, great, make) wonderful (-ers, -ly, things, works), wondrous (things, works, -ly).
Total KJV occurrences: 71

Please take note that the word means to separate or distinguish. ABBA Father and Lord Yeshua/Jesus are very distinguished in the scripture. ABBA Father making sure He showed Israel Himself in many ways. He also most certainly did distinguish His Son to the world in many ways.

Wonderful - פלא pele'. This word is derived from the verb פלא pâlâ', to separate, to distinguish, or to make great. It is applied usually to anything that is great or wonderful, as a miracle; Exo_15:2; Lam_1:9; Dan_12:6. It is applied here to denote the unusual and remarkable assemblage of qualities that distinguished the Messiah. Those are specified more particularly in the other part of the verse; such an assemblage of quailties as to make proper the names Mighty God, etc. ‘The proper idea of the word,’ says Hengstenberg, ‘is miraculous. It imports that the personage here referred to, in his being and in his works, will be exalted above the ordinary course of nature, and that his whole manifestation will be a miracle.’ Yet it seems to me, that the proper idea of the word is not that of miraculous. It is rather that which is separated from the ordinary course of events, and which is suited to excite amazement, wonder, and admiration, whether it be miraculous or not.

Our first reference has a connection to the Song of Moses.

Exo 15:11 KJV+  WhoH4310 is like unto thee,H3644 O LORD,H3068 among the gods?H410 whoH4310 is like thee,H3644 gloriousH142 in holiness,H6944 fearfulH3372 in praises,H8416 doingH6213 wonders?H6382

The first thing we should say as something that connects us to our Lord Yeshua/Jesus is that this is found within a song. ABBA Father does not permit something to be made into song unless there are significant events that have taken place in Israel’s history in a very short overall period of time. Even more things taking place in the life of Moses as well.

Psa 77:10-15 KJV  And I said, This is my infirmity: but I will remember the years of the right hand of the most High.  (11)  I will remember the works of the LORD: surely I will remember thy wondersH6382  of old.  (12)  I will meditate also of all thy work, and talk of thy doings.  (13)  Thy way, O God, is in the sanctuary: who is so great a God as our God?  (14)  Thou art the God that doest wondersH6382 : thou hast declared thy strength among the people.  (15)  Thou hast with thine arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. Selah.

We have some studies from a while back that detail how Lord Yeshua/ Jesus is the right hand of ABBA Father. We also have again here the use of the word in a passage which directs us again to Lord Yeshua/Jesus.

Mat 26:62-64 KJV  And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee?  (63)  But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.  (64)  Jesus saith unto him, Thou hast said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.

Psa 78:12-15 KJV  MarvellousH6382 things did he in the sight of their fathers, in the land of Egypt, in the field of Zoan.  (13)  He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand as an heap.  (14)  In the daytime also he led them with a cloud, and all the night with a light of fire.  (15)  He clave the rocks in the wilderness, and gave them drink as out of the great depths.

Again a passage in which miraculous events are taking place. Events that lead to a recognition of Lord Yeshua/Jesus. He is the reason all of the things above took place. As a thought only imagine ABBA Father looking at His Son Yeshua/Jesus and saying what should we do about this?. We must remember Yeshua/Jesus our Lord and Savior dwelt in heaven as God’s Son. That’s where we get the following.

Gen 1:26-27 KJV  And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.  (27)  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

WonderfulH6382

Psa 88:9-12 KJV  Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: LORD, I have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee.  (10)  Wilt thou shew wondersH6382to the dead? shall the dead arise and praise thee? Selah.  (11)  Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? or thy faithfulness in destruction?  (12)  Shall thy wondersH6382 be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?

Should we be thinking of someone in particular when we read verses about the dead raising to give praise to ABBA Father? Of course we should and that would be who? Our Lord and Savior Yeshua/Jesus.

Psa 89:5-7 KJV  And the heavens shall praise thy wondersH6382, O LORD: thy faithfulness also in the congregation of the saints.  (6)  For who in the heaven can be compared unto the LORD? who among the sons of the mighty can be likened unto the LORD?  (7)  God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the saints, and to be had in reverence of all them that are about him.

Psa 119:129-136 KJV  PE. Thy testimonies are wonderfulH6382: therefore doth my soul keep them.  (130)  The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.  (131)  I opened my mouth, and panted: for I longed for thy commandments.  (132)  Look thou upon me, and be merciful unto me, as thou usest to do unto those that love thy name.  (133)  Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.  (134)  Deliver me from the oppression of man: so will I keep thy precepts.  (135)  Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes.  (136)  Rivers of waters run down mine eyes, because they keep not thy law.

Once again in these passages we should be able to see the connections between ABBA Father and Son Yeshua/Jesus. The last verse here in the Psalm explains how Lord Yeshua/Jesus must have felt at the unbelief He encountered. However as the next passage tells us He delivered us from the grave.

God Will Swallow Up Death Forever

Isa 25:1-6 KJV  O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderfulH6382 things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.  (2)  For thou hast made of a city an heap; of a defenced city a ruin: a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built.  (3)  Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee.  (4)  For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.  (5)  Thou shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low.  (6)  And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.

Isa 25:7-12 KJV  And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.  (8)  He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.  (9)  And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.  (10)  For in this mountain shall the hand of the LORD rest, and Moab shall be trodden down under him, even as straw is trodden down for the dunghill.  (11)  And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth his hands to swim: and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of their hands.  (12)  And the fortress of the high fort of thy walls shall he bring down, lay low, and bring to the ground, even to the dust.

Jesus Appears to Seven Disciples

Joh 21:1-4 KJV  After these things Jesus shewed himself again to the disciples at the sea of Tiberias; and on this wise shewed he himself.  (2)  There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.  (3)  Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.  (4)  But when the morning was now come, Jesus stood on the shore: but the disciples knew not that it was Jesus.

Joh 21:5-9 KJV  Then Jesus saith unto them, Children, have ye any meat? They answered him, No.  (6)  And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.  (7)  Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved saith unto Peter, It is the Lord. Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he girt his fisher's coat unto him, (for he was naked,) and did cast himself into the sea.  (8)  And the other disciples came in a little ship; (for they were not far from land, but as it were two hundred cubits,) dragging the net with fishes.  (9)  As soon then as they were come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid thereon, and bread.

Joh 21:10-14 KJV  Jesus saith unto them, Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.  (11)  Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.  (12)  Jesus saith unto them, Come and dine. And none of the disciples durst ask him, Who art thou? knowing that it was the Lord.  (13)  Jesus then cometh, and taketh bread, and giveth them, and fish likewise.  (14)  This is now the third time that Jesus shewed himself to his disciples, after that he was risen from the dead.

Isa 29:10-14 KJV  For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.  (11)  And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:  (12)  And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.  (13)  Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:  (14)  Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous workH6381 and a wonderH6382: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

Jesus Rejoices in the Father's Will

Luk 10:21-24 KJV  In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.  (22)  All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.  (23)  And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see:  (24)  For I tell you, that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

This next passage returns us to a look at Jerusalem. A very prophetic look at that. Describing a city that has lost its way with ABBA Father and very possibly detailing His feelings toward a city that would reject His one and only Son lord Yeshua/Jesus.

How Lonely Sits the City

Lam 1:1-5 KJV  How doth the city sit solitary, that was full of people! how is she become as a widow! she that was great among the nations, and princess among the provinces, how is she become tributary!  (2)  She weepeth sore in the night, and her tears are on her cheeks: among all her lovers she hath none to comfort her: all her friends have dealt treacherously with her, they are become her enemies.  (3)  Judah is gone into captivity because of affliction, and because of great servitude: she dwelleth among the heathen, she findeth no rest: all her persecutors overtook her between the straits.  (4)  The ways of Zion do mourn, because none come to the solemn feasts: all her gates are desolate: her priests sigh, her virgins are afflicted, and she is in bitterness.  (5)  Her adversaries are the chief, her enemies prosper; for the LORD hath afflicted her for the multitude of her transgressions: her children are gone into captivity before the enemy.

Lam 1:6-10 KJV  And from the daughter of Zion all her beauty is departed: her princes are become like harts that find no pasture, and they are gone without strength before the pursuer.  (7)  Jerusalem remembered in the days of her affliction and of her miseries all her pleasant things that she had in the days of old, when her people fell into the hand of the enemy, and none did help her: the adversaries saw her, and did mock at her sabbaths.  (8)  Jerusalem hath grievously sinned; therefore she is removed: all that honoured her despise her, because they have seen her nakedness: yea, she sigheth, and turneth backward.  (9)  Her filthiness is in her skirts; she remembereth not her last end; therefore she came down wonderfullyH6382: she had no comforter. O LORD, behold my affliction: for the enemy hath magnified himself.  (10)  The adversary hath spread out his hand upon all her pleasant things: for she hath seen that the heathen entered into her sanctuary, whom thou didst command that they should not enter into thy congregation.

Our last passage which we find our Hebrew word “pele” is a prophetic passage from Daniel chapter 12. It is a scenario in which we find there are 2 witnesses on opposite sides of the Tigris River. Then there is a man in linen above the waters. It paints the scenario of 2 witnesses in Revelation 11. The main subject of their witness of course 1 individual Lord Yeshua/ Jesus.

The Time of the End

Dan 12:1-7 KJV  And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.  (2)  And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt.  (3)  And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.  (4)  But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.  (5)  Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.  (6)  And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wondersH6382?  (7)  And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished.

This passage describes 3 people. One each on one side of the Tigris and 1 on the other. There is also another clothed in white linen above the water. Many of us feel that we know who this one is. That being our Lord and Savior Yeshua/ Jesus.

This also is a prophetic scenario resembling the events of Revelation 11. The passage which tells us about the 2 witnesses that will be witnessing for 42 months.

The Two Witnesses

Rev 11:1-6 KJV  And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.  (2)  But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.  (3)  And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.  (4)  These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.  (5)  And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.  (6)  These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

Rev 11:7-14 KJV  And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.  (8)  And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.  (9)  And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.  (10)  And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.  (11)  And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.  (12)  And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.  (13)  And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.  (14)  The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.

Friends we hope that as you read the scriptures we explored here that you will recognize that this word “pele” in the Hebrew tells us things about our Messiah Yeshua/Jesus. A very separated and distinguished look at our ABBA Father’s birth of His 1 and only Son.

Lord Yeshua/Jesus of course full of miracles and wonders as described in the OT prophets. All of them that is to say without doubt. Isaiah is full of prophecies concerning not only the birth of our Lord and Savior. More descriptively he tells us much about the things Yeshua/Jesus will do. We felt that this word study demonstrates in every appearance directs to our Messiah Yeshua/Jesus.

Now as we try to do as often as we can some words regarding the coming of our Savior.

No One Knows That Day and Hour

Mat 24:36-42 KJV  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.  (37)  But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.  (38)  For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,  (39)  And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.  (40)  Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.  (41)  Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.  (42)  Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

Mat 24:43-47 KJV  But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.  (44)  Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.  (45)  Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?  (46)  Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.  (47)  Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

Mat 24:48-51 KJV  But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;  (49)  And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;  (50)  The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,  (51)  And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The Day of the Lord

1Th 5:1-11 KJV  But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.  (2)  For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.  (3)  For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.  (4)  But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.  (5)  Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.  (6)  Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.  (7)  For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.  (8)  But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.  (9)  For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,  (10)  Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.  (11)  Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

Rev 22:7 KJV  Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

Rev 22:12-13 KJV  And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.  (13)  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Rev 22:16 KJV  I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Rev 22:20-21 KJV  He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.  (21)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

As always thanks for sharing a word
