Welcome to the World of Biblical Prophecy for History and Today

This Blog is intended to help myself and others gain the best understanding of the world around us through exploration of prophetic scripture. The Bible is the text book. Through these studies we will hopefully provide understanding to both believer and unbeliever alike. The way our God and our Savior Jesus distinguish themselves in the spiritual world is through prophetic means. In other words what the Bible teaches us through fullfillment of these prophecies shows us the truth. Let's take some prophetic journeys through history and at the same time learn about the world around us today. Please try and be patient with any typographical errors as I am my own typist and my own research staff. Thanks

Pestilence(s) 3 Corona By The Numbers

Pestilence(s) 3
Corona By The Numbers

Mat 24:3-8 KJV  And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?  (4)  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.  (5)  For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.  (6)  And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.  (7)  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilencesG3061, and earthquakes, in divers places.  (8)  All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Luk 21:7-11 KJV  And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?  (8)  And he said, Take heed that ye be not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and the time draweth near: go ye not therefore after them.  (9)  But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by.  (10)  Then said he unto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:  (11)  And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilencesG3061; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.

When we left off our last look at Pestilence we were looking at Jeremiah 24. It concerned what Jeremiah describes as good and bad figs. The word pestilence is found 17 times in the book of Jeremiah. Let’s explore Jeremiah 24 briefly.

Jer 24:1-10 KJV  The LORD shewed me, and, behold, two baskets of figs were set before the temple of the LORD, after that Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon had carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah, and the princes of Judah, with the carpenters and smiths, from Jerusalem, and had brought them to Babylon.  (2)  One basket had very good figs, even like the figs that are first ripe: and the other basket had very naughty figs, which could not be eaten, they were so bad.  (3)  Then said the LORD unto me, What seest thou, Jeremiah? And I said, Figs; the good figs, very good; and the evil, very evil, that cannot be eaten, they are so evil.  (4)  Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,  (5)  Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for their good.  (6)  For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.  (7)  And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the LORD: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.  (8)  And as the evil figs, which cannot be eaten, they are so evil; surely thus saith the LORD, So will I give Zedekiah the king of Judah, and his princes, and the residue of Jerusalem, that remain in this land, and them that dwell in the land of Egypt:  (9)  And I will deliver them to be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth for their hurt, to be a reproach and a proverb, a taunt and a curse, in all places whither I shall drive them.  (10)  And I will send the sword, the famine, and the pestilenceH1698, among them, till they be consumed from off the land that I gave unto them and to their fathers.

This passage from Jeremiah has a direct link up with Jesus’ words regarding the parable of the fig tree. Jesus of course explaining that when we see the young new nation of Israel (14 May 1948) the world would start making changes. Without that basket of good figs folks we might not be here right now. At least we might not be here in the belief that we have. Amen!

Mat 24:32-36 KJV  Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:  (33)  So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors.  (34)  Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.  (35)  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.  (36)  But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

God certainly does know how to arrange things the way He wants them. He has often used a pestilence to arrange things especially in the case of the Egyptians as we have explored in our previous 2 journeys. In the case of Jeremiah 24 the Lord had commanded that the people serve Nebuchadnezzar as opposed to opposing him. Those that chose to run to Egypt a nation God had already vanquished before or tried to stay behind were met with a pestilence among many other problems.

Jer 27:1-8 KJV  In the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah came this word unto Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,  (2)  Thus saith the LORD to me; Make thee bonds and yokes, and put them upon thy neck,  (3)  And send them to the king of Edom, and to the king of Moab, and to the king of the Ammonites, and to the king of Tyrus, and to the king of Zidon, by the hand of the messengers which come to Jerusalem unto Zedekiah king of Judah;  (4)  And command them to say unto their masters, Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Thus shall ye say unto your masters;  (5)  I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me.  (6)  And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field have I given him also to serve him.  (7)  And all nations shall serve him, and his son, and his son's son, until the very time of his land come: and then many nations and great kings shall serve themselves of him.  (8)  And it shall come to pass, that the nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith the LORD, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.

Jer 27:9-22 KJV  Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:  (10)  For they prophesy a lie unto you, to remove you far from your land; and that I should drive you out, and ye should perish.  (11)  But the nations that bring their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him, those will I let remain still in their own land, saith the LORD; and they shall till it, and dwell therein.  (12)  I spake also to Zedekiah king of Judah according to all these words, saying, Bring your necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live.  (13)  Why will ye die, thou and thy people, by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence, as the LORD hath spoken against the nation that will not serve the king of Babylon?  (14)  Therefore hearken not unto the words of the prophets that speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.  (15)  For I have not sent them, saith the LORD, yet they prophesy a lie in my name; that I might drive you out, and that ye might perish, ye, and the prophets that prophesy unto you.  (16)  Also I spake to the priests and to all this people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Hearken not to the words of your prophets that prophesy unto you, saying, Behold, the vessels of the LORD'S house shall now shortly be brought again from Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.  (17)  Hearken not unto them; serve the king of Babylon, and live: wherefore should this city be laid waste?  (18)  But if they be prophets, and if the word of the LORD be with them, let them now make intercession to the LORD of hosts, that the vessels which are left in the house of the LORD, and in the house of the king of Judah, and at Jerusalem, go not to Babylon.  (19)  For thus saith the LORD of hosts concerning the pillars, and concerning the sea, and concerning the bases, and concerning the residue of the vessels that remain in this city,  (20)  Which Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon took not, when he carried away captive Jeconiah the son of Jehoiakim king of Judah from Jerusalem to Babylon, and all the nobles of Judah and Jerusalem;  (21)  Yea, thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, concerning the vessels that remain in the house of the LORD, and in the house of the king of Judah and of Jerusalem;  (22)  They shall be carried to Babylon, and there shall they be until the day that I visit them, saith the LORD; then will I bring them up, and restore them to this place.

Every last thing God predicted for these people took place. The people that refused to listen to Jeremiah thought everything was just fine between them and God. Of course God allowed the situation to deteriorate rather quickly. Not much different from what we are seeing now.

There are many Americans who feel the same way. However we here at this ministry understand something very clear. Call it fire and brimstone if you like but here are our Lord and Savior’s words.

Mat 24:7-8 KJV  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.  (8)  All these are the beginning of sorrows.

Mar 13:8 KJV  For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

Luk 21:25-28 KJV  And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;  (26)  Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.  (27)  And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory.  (28)  And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

Luk 21:29-36 KJV  And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;  (30)  When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.  (31)  So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.  (32)  Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.  (33)  Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.  (34)  And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.  (35)  For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.  (36)  Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escapeG1628 all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Friends we are not trying to cause panic. We are stating as in our last journey that those of us who know the Lord need to know Him better. Those who do not or do not believe please start giving your salvation some consideration. Our redemption draws near and near folks. Another thing we like to say is that each day brings us closer not further away.

Psa 98:1-9 KJV  A Psalm. O sing unto the LORD a new song; for he hath done marvellous things: his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.  (2)  The LORD hath made known his salvation: his righteousness hath he openly shewed in the sight of the heathen.  (3)  He hath remembered his mercy and his truth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.  (4)  Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.  (5)  Sing unto the LORD with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.  (6)  With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the LORD, the King.  (7)  Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.  (8)  Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together  (9)  Before the LORD; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity.

Isa 12:1-6 KJV  And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.  (2)  Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.  (3)  Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.  (4)  And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.  (5)  Sing unto the LORD; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.  (6)  Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.

Psa 124:1-8 KJV  A Song of degrees of David. If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, now may Israel say;  (2)  If it had not been the LORD who was on our side, when men rose up against us:  (3)  Then they had swallowed us up quick, when their wrath was kindled against us:  (4)  Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul:  (5)  Then the proud waters had gone over our soul.  (6)  Blessed be the LORD, who hath not given us as a prey to their teeth.  (7)  Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.  (8)  Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

We highlighted the Greek word escape mentioned by Jesus Himself above. Below is the definition.

Some who know ancient Greek might say to escape like a bird out of a snare. Just like verse 7 from Psalm 124.

Psa 124:7 KJV  Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.

Jer 27:8-11 KJV  And it shall come to pass, that the nation and kingdom which will not serve the same Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, that nation will I punish, saith the LORD, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the pestilence, until I have consumed them by his hand.  (9)  Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:  (10)  For they prophesy a lie unto you, to remove you far from your land; and that I should drive you out, and ye should perish.  (11)  But the nations that bring their neck under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him, those will I let remain still in their own land, saith the LORD; and they shall till it, and dwell therein.

Deu 18:9-16 KJV  When thou art come into the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee, thou shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.  (10)  There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,  (11)  Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.  (12)  For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.  (13)  Thou shalt be perfect with the LORD thy God.  (14)  For these nations, which thou shalt possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for thee, the LORD thy God hath not suffered thee so to do.  (15)  The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;  (16)  According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.

Here in America we live every day now it seems like in the throws of false religion. Here’s one that will no doubt upset many “Christians” out there that are practicing yoga. Guess what? people that really know such as the “yogis” from India will tell you it’s impossible to keep the spiritual side of yoga separate from the physical. Thank God for people like Caryl Matrisciana and Dave Hunt who were experts at exposing these things. Thank God for their spiritual education of another generation of people to notice such things. Their documentaries and teachings over the years revealed some folks who have gone through some spiritually terrifying ordeals over their encounters with eastern mysticism. Also here in America we are seeing a resurgence in telephone psychics, fortune tellers in addition to other types of occult activity.

Jer 27:12-15 KJV  I spake also to Zedekiah king of Judah according to all these words, saying, Bring your necks under the yoke of the king of Babylon, and serve him and his people, and live.

It’s amazing that there was an audience with the king directly. The king however was unwilling to hear Jeremiah. Another thing that is amazing. The spiritual advisors to our president do not seem to be telling him about 2nd Chronicles 7:14. Not that the president will ever consult this ministry’s advice but we sure would recommend that he pay close attention to verse 14 here.

2Ch 7:12-15 KJV  And the LORD appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice.  (13)  If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;  (14)  If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.  (15)  Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attent unto the prayer that is made in this place.

2Ch 7:14 KJV  If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

  1.  This means admitting killing 50 million babies is wrong
  2. This means not allowing children in kindergarten to go to school and change their gender because of gay rights.
  3. This means admitting God is in control and concentrating our words to say “if the Lord wills it” as opposed to “I” did or will do this or “we” did or will do that- remember Nebuchadnezzar in Daniel 4.
  4. This means admitting kicking God out of school was a bad idea.
  5. This means we welcome, cherish and love His divine protection on a personal and national level. Amen!!
  6. This means admitting that turning away a ship full of Jewish refugees back in WWII was a big mistake
  7. This means admitting we should have bombed a few rail road tracks and saved a few million Jewish people during the Holocaust.

Now we here at the ministry are fully aware our president is not at direct fault for his predecessors’ sins so to speak. However neither was Hezekiah when he started his revival in Jerusalem. The president certainly is not responsible for my sins either. The revival needs to start with him. However yours truly can say he has been hitting his knees a long time before now and will be hopefully after. That is the Lord God and The Savior Yeshua or Jesus willing.

Jas 4:10-17 KJV  Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.  (11)  Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.  (12)  There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?  (13)  Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:  (14)  Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.  (15)  For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.  (16)  But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.  (17)  Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

Jer 27:16-22 KJV  Also I spake to the priests and to all this people, saying, Thus saith the LORD; Hearken not to the words of your prophets that prophesy unto you, saying, Behold, the vessels of the LORD'S house shall now shortly be brought again from Babylon: for they prophesy a lie unto you.

The priest or we could say the church of the day also were told of the upcoming trouble from Babylon. If you are a believer (as we have mentioned other times) you probably at times have tried to share some sort of prophetic warnings amongst friends or even family. Some times or even most times you probably get the attitude from many of them as well. We are certainly not saying all will refuse to listen but the camps are being drawn pretty tight friends.

We took a quick look at some things Jesus told us to expect in the beginnings of sorrows last journey. We stopped short of looking into pestilences exactly as Jesus describes them. Let’s say start with the Spanish flu from the early 20th century moving forward. We certainly cannot cover everything or we would have to charge you for writing a book.

Spanish Flu
From 1918-1919 killed over 100 million world wide one thing we noted looking at the history was that it disappeared as fast as it appeared.

The Asian Flu
1957-58 credited with over 2 million deaths globally

The Hong Kong Flu
1967-69 credited with over 1 million globally

The Swine Flu
2009-10 some estimates as high as 500,000

Throughout the 20th century
Smallpox estimates as high as 500 million deaths

Throughout the 20th century
Measles up to 150 million

Throughout the 20th century
Tuberculosis 100 million

Now we come to the sad part of each of these journeys. It’s sad for any number of reasons but when we stop and realize these are the kinds of numbers absolutely no one is giving us. There has been a significant change regarding many nations.

Friends we have been stressing and will continue to 2 things.
  1. Those of us who know our Lord and Savior Yeshua or Jesus to know Him better
  2. Those who are not sure or don’t believe to give salvation some consideration
We desire that we all know Jesus for His words in the following while we still can.

Mat 11:25-30 KJV  At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.  (26)  Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight.  (27)  All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.  (28)  Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.  (29)  Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.  (30)  For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Friends as we have stressed over and over again Yeshua or Jesus is our ONLY SAVIOR AND WAY OUT. Amen!!

Joh 15:17-27 KJV  These things I command you, that ye love one another.  (18)  If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.  (19)  If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.  (20)  Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.  (21)  But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.  (22)  If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no cloke for their sin.  (23)  He that hateth me hateth my Father also.  (24)  If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.  (25)  But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.  (26)  But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:  (27)  And ye also shall bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning.

Joh 16:1-11 KJV  These things have I spoken unto you, that ye should not be offended.  (2)  They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.  (3)  And these things will they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me.  (4)  But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them. And these things I said not unto you at the beginning, because I was with you.  (5)  But now I go my way to him that sent me; and none of you asketh me, Whither goest thou?  (6)  But because I have said these things unto you, sorrow hath filled your heart.  (7)  Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.  (8)  And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:  (9)  Of sin, because they believe not on me;  (10)  Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;  (11)  Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

Joh 16:12-16 KJV  I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.  (13)  Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.  (14)  He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.  (15)  All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.  (16)  A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father.

Joh 16:17-33 KJV  Then said some of his disciples among themselves, What is this that he saith unto us, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me: and, Because I go to the Father?  (18)  They said therefore, What is this that he saith, A little while? we cannot tell what he saith.  (19)  Now Jesus knew that they were desirous to ask him, and said unto them, Do ye enquire among yourselves of that I said, A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me?  (20)  Verily, verily, I say unto you, That ye shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice: and ye shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy.  (21)  A woman when she is in travail hath sorrow, because her hour is come: but as soon as she is delivered of the child, she remembereth no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world.  (22)  And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you.  (23)  And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.  (24)  Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.  (25)  These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father.  (26)  At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:  (27)  For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.  (28)  I came forth from the Father, and am come into the world: again, I leave the world, and go to the Father.  (29)  His disciples said unto him, Lo, now speakest thou plainly, and speakest no proverb.  (30)  Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.  (31)  Jesus answered them, Do ye now believe?  (32)  Behold, the hour cometh, yea, is now come, that ye shall be scattered, every man to his own, and shall leave me alone: and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me.  (33)  These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

2Ti 3:10-17 KJV  But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,  (11)  Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.  (12)  Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.  (13)  But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.  (14)  But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;  (15)  And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.  (16)  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  (17)  That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Mar 13:28-37 KJV  Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:  (29)  So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.  (30)  Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.  (31)  Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.  (32)  But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.  (33)  Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.  (34)  For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.  (35)  Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:  (36)  Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.  (37)  And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

Rev 16:15 KJV  Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Rev 22:20-21 KJV  He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.  (21)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

As always thanks for sharing a word
God Bless
