Welcome to the World of Biblical Prophecy for History and Today

This Blog is intended to help myself and others gain the best understanding of the world around us through exploration of prophetic scripture. The Bible is the text book. Through these studies we will hopefully provide understanding to both believer and unbeliever alike. The way our God and our Savior Jesus distinguish themselves in the spiritual world is through prophetic means. In other words what the Bible teaches us through fullfillment of these prophecies shows us the truth. Let's take some prophetic journeys through history and at the same time learn about the world around us today. Please try and be patient with any typographical errors as I am my own typist and my own research staff. Thanks

The Black Horseman The Possibilities Part 1 Concerning the Descendants of Ham

The Black Horseman
The Possibilities Part 1
Concerning the Descendants of Ham

Joh 10:1-5 KJV  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.  (2)  But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.  (3)  To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.  (4)  And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.  (5)  And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

Joh 10:6-9 KJV  This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.  (7)  Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.  (8)  All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.  (9)  I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Joh 10:10-18 KJV  The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.  (11)  I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.  (12)  But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.  (13)  The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.  (14)  I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.  (15)  As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.  (16)  And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.  (17)  Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.  (18)  No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

Mat 28:18-20 KJV  And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.  (19)  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  (20)  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Rev 5:1-7 KJV  And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.  (2)  And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?  (3)  And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.  (4)  And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.  (5)  And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.  (6)  And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.  (7)  And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

Rev 5:8-14 KJV  And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.  (9)  And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;  (10)  And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.  (11)  And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;  (12)  Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.  (13)  And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.  (14)  And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.

Rev 6:5-6 KJV  And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.  (6)  And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Hello again friends. We have worked our first round of looks into the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse to the black horseman. Again as we have been saying all along these are only possibilities at this time. We have been able to associate the white and red to men who had direct dealings with Jacob. We have looked into the peaceful departures these men had with Jacob or Israel. However as we explored their descendants have not kept the peace that was offered up.

The white being Laban
The red being Esau

Today’s journey will take us further back into the history of the Bible post flood world. We will specifically be looking into the descendants of Ham. Men who may not have had a direct conflict with Jacob or Israel but who in some cases were in direct conflict with the God the Father Himself. Let’s begin our journey in Genesis 10.

Gen 10:6-10 KJV  And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.  (7)  And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtecha: and the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.  (8)  And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.  (9)  He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.  (10)  And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

Gen 10:12-20 KJV  And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same is a great city.  (13)  And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,  (14)  And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (out of whom came Philistim,) and Caphtorim.  (15)  And Canaan begat Sidon his firstborn, and Heth,  (16)  And the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgasite,  (17)  And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,  (18)  And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite: and afterward were the families of the Canaanites spread abroad.  (19)  And the border of the Canaanites was from Sidon, as thou comest to Gerar, unto Gaza; as thou goest, unto Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, even unto Lasha.  (20)  These are the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, in their countries, and in their nations.

As we can see all of the generations of Ham with the exception of Canaan settled the territory of Africa. They are the source for all peoples of Africa. Those familiar enough with the history of the flood know that Canaan was cursed by Noah after the flood. Not Ham as we have heard so many people preach.

Gen 9:19-29 KJV  These are the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread.  (20)  And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:  (21)  And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.  (22)  And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.  (23)  And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father's nakedness.  (24)  And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.  (25)  And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.  (26)  And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.  (27)  God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.  (28)  And Noah lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years.  (29)  And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died.

It is generally accepted that there was a sexually perverted act performed by Canaan. The book of Jasher and Jubilees if we are not mistaken also tell us that lots were drawn after the flood. Canaan in addition to whatever took place inside Noah’s tent settled the area that was promised to Shem. This explains why the Canaanites were in the promised land to begin with. We detailed this history if we are not mistaken in the studies regarding Ezekiel 38 and 39.

Let’s begin with the man who started the races of Africa Ham. Our word study showed us his name meant hot. Certainly associated to the tropical environment he and his descendants settled in. The life span of Ham and Japheth are not mentioned in years like those of Shem and his descendants. However we know that Shem lived to be 600 years of age.

Gen 11:10-18 KJV  These are the generations of Shem: Shem was an hundred years old, and begat Arphaxad two years after the flood:  (11)  And Shem lived after he begat Arphaxad five hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.  (12)  And Arphaxad lived five and thirty years, and begat Salah:  (13)  And Arphaxad lived after he begat Salah four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.  (14)  And Salah lived thirty years, and begat Eber:  (15)  And Salah lived after he begat Eber four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.  (16)  And Eber lived four and thirty years, and begat Peleg:  (17)  And Eber lived after he begat Peleg four hundred and thirty years, and begat sons and daughters.  (18)  And Peleg lived thirty years, and begat Reu:

We cannot know for sure about Ham but based upon the life spans above the average age was 402 years of age. It would be a logical assumption that Ham could have spanned this much time. Keep in mind where he settled would be the granddaddy of all Arab nations being Egypt.

In our previous looks thus far into the horsemen as we mentioned and will occasionally stress we dealt with men who had direct associations and impact concerning Jacob or Israel. Well for those who know the Bible well enough we know that Egypt had a great impact concerning the history of Jacob or Israel.

The Bible also relates Ham to this history in the book of Psalms. In our journeys regarding the acharon we read Psalm 78. Much of the events that took place during the captivity period of 400 years is retold in that particular Psalm. We will not cover the entire Psalm however we will take time to note the following.

Psa 78:42-54 KJV  They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy.  (43)  How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan:  (44)  And had turned their rivers into blood; and their floods, that they could not drink.  (45)  He sent divers sorts of flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.  (46)  He gave also their increase unto the caterpiller, and their labour unto the locust.  (47)  He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycomore trees with frost.  (48)  He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts.  (49)  He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.  (50)  He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;  (51)  And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:  (52)  But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.  (53)  And he led them on safely, so that they feared not: but the sea overwhelmed their enemies.  (54)  And he brought them to the border of his sanctuary, even to this mountain, which his right hand had purchased.

Psa 105:7-16 KJV  He is the LORD our God: his judgments are in all the earth.  (8)  He hath remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.  (9)  Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;  (10)  And confirmed the same unto Jacob for a law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant:  (11)  Saying, Unto thee will I give the land of Canaan, the lot of your inheritance:  (12)  When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it.  (13)  When they went from one nation to another, from one kingdom to another people;  (14)  He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;  (15)  Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.  (16)  Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.

Psa 105:17-22 KJV  He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:  (18)  Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:  (19)  Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him.  (20)  The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free.  (21)  He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:  (22)  To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.

Psa 105:23-25 KJV  Israel also came into Egypt; and Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham.  (24)  And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.  (25)  He turned their heart to hate his people, to deal subtilly with his servants.

Psa 105:26-45 KJV  He sent Moses his servant; and Aaron whom he had chosen.  (27)  They shewed his signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.  (28)  He sent darkness, and made it dark; and they rebelled not against his word.  (29)  He turned their waters into blood, and slew their fish.  (30)  Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, in the chambers of their kings.  (31)  He spake, and there came divers sorts of flies, and lice in all their coasts.  (32)  He gave them hail for rain, and flaming fire in their land.  (33)  He smote their vines also and their fig trees; and brake the trees of their coasts.  (34)  He spake, and the locusts came, and caterpillers, and that without number,  (35)  And did eat up all the herbs in their land, and devoured the fruit of their ground.  (36)  He smote also all the firstborn in their land, the chief of all their strength.  (37)  He brought them forth also with silver and gold: and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.  (38)  Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.  (39)  He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.  (40)  The people asked, and he brought quails, and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.  (41)  He opened the rock, and the waters gushed out; they ran in the dry places like a river.  (42)  For he remembered his holy promise, and Abraham his servant.  (43)  And he brought forth his people with joy, and his chosen with gladness:  (44)  And gave them the lands of the heathen: and they inherited the labour of the people;  (45)  That they might observe his statutes, and keep his laws. Praise ye the LORD.

Psa 106:21-22 KJV  They forgat God their saviour, which had done great things in Egypt;  (22)  Wondrous works in the land of Ham, and terrible things by the Red sea.

Here as we can see the names Egypt and Ham are synonymous to one another.

We do not know for sure what happened with regard to Ham and his descendants rejecting God the Father. We do know that Pharaohs were considered to either be deity or the liaison between the people and the false gods of Egypt. A nation which worshiped a whole bunch of gods and goddesses and we could probably equivocate this to what went on to become evolution. As many of these false deities were a mixture of human and animal origins.

Now we will take a small look into the prophetic outcomes for Egypt or as we have read the tabernacles of Ham. Our first encounter with the word is found in Genesis 12.

Gen 12:9-10 KJV  And Abram journeyed, going on still toward the south.  (10)  And there was a famine in the land: and Abram went down into EgyptH4714 to sojourn there; for the famine was grievous in the land.

The name Egypt itself is found 611 times throughout both Testaments of scripture. It is found 587 times in the OT and 24 times in the NT.

Psa 68:31-35 KJV  Princes shall come out of Egypt; Ethiopia shall soon stretch out her hands unto God.  (32)  Sing unto God, ye kingdoms of the earth; O sing praises unto the Lord; Selah:  (33)  To him that rideth upon the heavens of heavens, which were of old; lo, he doth send out his voice, and that a mighty voice.  (34)  Ascribe ye strength unto God: his excellency is over Israel, and his strength is in the clouds.  (35)  O God, thou art terrible out of thy holy places: the God of Israel is he that giveth strength and power unto his people. Blessed be God.

There will be people from the nation of Egypt that will be worshipers of the 1 true God the Father of the Son Yeshua or Jesus. This is a very prophetic Psalm that appears to be aimed at the rule and reign of our Messiah Yeshua or Jesus. Many nations of the Gentiles or Arabic peoples are going to worship Him as the scripture tells us.

Psa 105:38 KJV  Egypt was glad when they departed: for the fear of them fell upon them.

Although here within this ministry we do not classify the prophets major or minor we will use the terms for biblical study and references. The name appears 154 times in the major prophets of scripture. Now of course we cannot realistically cover all this within a few studies. We will try and point out some from each of these respective prophets.

Isa 11:1-10 KJV  And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:  (2)  And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;  (3)  And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:  (4)  But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.  (5)  And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.  (6)  The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them.  (7)  And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.  (8)  And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den.  (9)  They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.  (10)  And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious.

This is a prophecy pertaining to the day of the Lord meaning the Messiah Yeshua or Jesus. It’s interesting that 2nd half of this prophecy deals with Egypt.

Isa 11:11-16 KJV  And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.  (12)  And he shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.  (13)  The envy also of Ephraim shall depart, and the adversaries of Judah shall be cut off: Ephraim shall not envy Judah, and Judah shall not vex Ephraim.  (14)  But they shall fly upon the shoulders of the Philistines toward the west; they shall spoil them of the east together: they shall lay their hand upon Edom and Moab; and the children of Ammon shall obey them.  (15)  And the LORD shall utterly destroy the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with his mighty wind shall he shake his hand over the river, and shall smite it in the seven streams, and make men go over dryshod.  (16)  And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

Many scholars feel that the tongue of the Egyptian sea is the Nile river. In the concept of end time prophecy this might just mean the Suez canal. A place which has much been dealt with since Israel’s  rebirth.

Isa 19:1-5 KJV  The burdenH4853of Egypt. Behold, the LORD rideth upon a swift cloud, and shall come into Egypt: and the idols of Egypt shall be moved at his presence, and the heart of Egypt shall melt in the midst of it.  (2)  And I will set the Egyptians against the Egyptians: and they shall fight every one against his brother, and every one against his neighbour; city against city, and kingdom against kingdom.  (3)  And the spirit of Egypt shall fail in the midst thereof; and I will destroy the counsel thereof: and they shall seek to the idols, and to the charmers, and to them that have familiar spirits, and to the wizards.  (4)  And the Egyptians will I give over into the hand of a cruel lord; and a fierce king shall rule over them, saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts.  (5)  And the waters shall fail from the sea, and the river shall be wasted and dried up.

Isa 19:6-13 KJV  And they shall turn the rivers far away; and the brooks of defence shall be emptied and dried up: the reeds and flags shall wither.  (7)  The paper reeds by the brooks, by the mouth of the brooks, and every thing sown by the brooks, shall wither, be driven away, and be no more.  (8)  The fishers also shall mourn, and all they that cast angle into the brooks shall lament, and they that spread nets upon the waters shall languish.  (9)  Moreover they that work in fine flax, and they that weave networks, shall be confounded.  (10)  And they shall be broken in the purposes thereof, all that make sluices and ponds for fish.  (11)  Surely the princes of Zoan are fools, the counsel of the wise counsellors of Pharaoh is become brutish: how say ye unto Pharaoh, I am the son of the wise, the son of ancient kings?  (12)  Where are they? where are thy wise men? and let them tell thee now, and let them know what the LORD of hosts hath purposed upon Egypt.  (13)  The princes of Zoan are become fools, the princes of Noph are deceived; they have also seduced Egypt, even they that are the stay of the tribes thereof.

Isa 19:14-18 KJV  The LORD hath mingled a perverse spirit in the midst thereof: and they have caused Egypt to err in every work thereof, as a drunken man staggereth in his vomit.  (15)  Neither shall there be any work for Egypt, which the head or tail, branch or rush, may do.  (16)  In that day shall Egypt be like unto women: and it shall be afraid and fear because of the shaking of the hand of the LORD of hosts, which he shaketh over it.  (17)  And the land of Judah shall be a terror unto Egypt, every one that maketh mention thereof shall be afraid in himself, because of the counsel of the LORD of hosts, which he hath determined against it.  (18)  In that day shall five cities in the land of Egypt speak the language of Canaan, and swear to the LORD of hosts; one shall be called, The city of destruction.

Isa 19:19-25 KJV  In that day shall there be an altar to the LORD in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar at the border thereof to the LORD.  (20)  And it shall be for a sign and for a witness unto the LORD of hosts in the land of Egypt: for they shall cry unto the LORD because of the oppressors, and he shall send them a saviour, and a great one, and he shall deliver them.  (21)  And the LORD shall be known to Egypt, and the Egyptians shall know the LORD in that day, and shall do sacrifice and oblation; yea, they shall vow a vow unto the LORD, and perform it.  (22)  And the LORD shall smite Egypt: he shall smite and heal it: and they shall return even to the LORD, and he shall be intreated of them, and shall heal them.  (23)  In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.  (24)  In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:  (25)  Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance.

Again we have a passage which details the prophetic end time. A time on earth when the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the Lord.

Isa 11:9 KJV  They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

Many of the passages regarding Egypt’s destruction have regard to the succeeding biblical empires. They are dealing with empires like Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome.

Each empire respectively controlled the area of Egypt. However when we see words used that obviously deal with the rule of the Messiah Yeshua or Jesus we know that these are end time events.

Isa 27:1-6 KJV  In that day the LORD with his sore and great and strong sword shall punish leviathan the piercing serpent, even leviathan that crooked serpent; and he shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.  (2)  In that day sing ye unto her, A vineyard of red wine.  (3)  I the LORD do keep it; I will water it every moment: lest any hurt it, I will keep it night and day.  (4)  Fury is not in me: who would set the briers and thorns against me in battle? I would go through them, I would burn them together.  (5)  Or let him take hold of my strength, that he may make peace with me; and he shall make peace with me.  (6)  He shall cause them that come of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the face of the world with fruit.

Isa 27:7-13 KJV  Hath he smitten him, as he smote those that smote him? or is he slain according to the slaughter of them that are slain by him?  (8)  In measure, when it shooteth forth, thou wilt debate with it: he stayeth his rough wind in the day of the east wind.  (9)  By this therefore shall the iniquity of Jacob be purged; and this is all the fruit to take away his sin; when he maketh all the stones of the altar as chalkstones that are beaten in sunder, the groves and images shall not stand up.  (10)  Yet the defenced city shall be desolate, and the habitation forsaken, and left like a wilderness: there shall the calf feed, and there shall he lie down, and consume the branches thereof.  (11)  When the boughs thereof are withered, they shall be broken off: the women come, and set them on fire: for it is a people of no understanding: therefore he that made them will not have mercy on them, and he that formed them will shew them no favour.  (12)  And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel.  (13)  And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the LORD in the holy mount at Jerusalem.

This passage also referring to the end time events of scripture. How do we know this brother Al? Well because it details the destruction of the beast coming out of the sea. It also tells us of the time that people from Assyria and Egypt will be worshiping the Lord upon His holy mount at Jerusalem.

Rev 14:1-7 KJV  And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.  (2)  And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:  (3)  And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.  (4)  These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb.  (5)  And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.  (6)  And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,  (7)  Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Col 1:1-8 KJV  Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timotheus our brother,  (2)  To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.  (3)  We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,  (4)  Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have to all the saints,  (5)  For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;  (6)  Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:  (7)  As ye also learned of Epaphras our dear fellowservant, who is for you a faithful minister of Christ;  (8)  Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.

Col 1:9-17 KJV  For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;  (10)  That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;  (11)  Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;  (12)  Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:  (13)  Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:  (14)  In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:  (15)  Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:  (16)  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:  (17)  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.

Col 1:18-29 KJV  And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.  (19)  For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;  (20)  And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.  (21)  And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled  (22)  In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:  (23)  If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;  (24)  Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:  (25)  Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;  (26)  Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:  (27)  To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:  (28)  Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus:  (29)  Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.

Mat 28:16-20 KJV  Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.  (17)  And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.  (18)  And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.  (19)  Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  (20)  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Rev 22:8-21 KJV  And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.  (9)  Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.  (10)  And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.  (11)  He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.  (12)  And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.  (13)  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.  (14)  Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.  (15)  For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.  (16)  I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.  (17)  And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.  (18)  For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:  (19)  And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.  (20)  He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.  (21)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
